I really need to make this sentence to sound braggy. I don't know how to my natural morals want me to be honest. But for this part it needs to be braggy: We have done it again with our latest design a brilliant home.[brilliant home sounds like a pretty weak ending.] I'm working on a advertisement for my novel and this advertisement will make the character by the home. So I have to sound more business brag.
Once again we have produced an designer home like none other! Sick and tired of a feeble concrete box? Enter our class designer home! etc etc. Just mess around with it. It'll come to you.
I don't really know the context, so this may not be what you're going for. I'll give it a try, though: We have done it again, folks! This new home includes many innovative features that only our team of designers (? or whoever) were able to create. These revolutionary BLANK will change the way you live and make it impossible to imagine what life was like without them! I was going for a fifties home of the future type ad, but it can obviously be tweaked to fit your style.
fyi, bragging is not being dishonest... it really means only that you are calling attention to whatever true aspects of an action or item you think will best impress people and make you/it look good...
