Why would they scrub it clean? Out of spite?

 

No idea. Might just be that they have a process for repair and it includes cleaning the surface. Maybe it was an accident. But hey, I'd rather have the swag than a custom 360.

 

I haven't touched my 360 in a month. I've had it since last December, and it still seems to work correctly.

 

Yeah, the system glitches are a problem but their no where near as bad as some would have you believe. All my friends use 360's and not one of us has had a problem yet and four of us have Launch 360. Mines been fine from the day I bought it (Day One of the 360!).

 

I have a few friends with them, and they've all failed. :\

 

Guess its luck of the draw. I always have been lucky .
