Tales of Exzalia, death of magic.

A roar came from the explosion. Apparently it was one of the fake dragons!!!
Due to this Nox flowed from it against the opponent, aiming to show to her the terror of death, damaging her psychologically.

Then two dragons appeared, one of them fired a blast of Nox, the other swinged its massive tail, breaking the walls while doing it, to the point that even columns were destroyed, as a consequence the ceiling slowly started to crumble.

 

Will

There was fire everywhere when Will cast Purity, and a great flash of light covered everything. Purity was the spell he had come up with after intentionally misweaving FlashSpear as a disenchant. This was the perfection of that, and adept level disenchant and counter spell. Althea poured over everything.

 

Red screamed as she was fell from the sky. She landed with a thud but quickly got to her feet. She pulled out her knife and threw it at Vane. It was a fin blood red blade like her sword. It looked like it was made for skinning animals. The knife's death curse would kill if it struck the witch in her heart.

Pickles coughed up blood but ran towards Vane at full speed. He jumped and grabbed on her leg. He was hoping to use his size and strength to ground her.

 

River Health:80%

River smiled, pleased at the success of the weave Tassy had taught her. Only, her feeling of success didn't last long. Moments later the black flames were back and licking at their magic guards. Will thankfully took care of that by casting Purity.
River cast water barrage hoping to cause Vane to mis-weave and blow herself up.

Vane abandoned one weave as she suddenly suffered a physiological attack. But she kept the other weave, a dagger in her shoulder right above the heart made her wince, but she then smiled. As Pickles went for her leg she cast. Blood fire.

Suddenly her blood grew hot like molten and she began to weave with it like eather! Pickles grabbed her leg and took her down, but blood fire burnt away his Armour like nothing, if he didn't move he'd melt. He had no choice.

She weaved the fastest pyroclasm they had ever seen! Vayla cast ever shield on everyone taking some of the damage but it still blasted them all away from her and through off Rivers water barrage. She got up and began weaving flames of damnation again blood fire made her weave very fast.

 

Pickles rolled off of her. He was about to attack but then his face turned scarlet. He looked down he was shirtless. He let out a girlish yelp and started to cover his muscles with his hands. Pickles wasn't used to being shirtless in front of women.

Red laughed like a mad woman when her dagger hit. She rushed Vane slashing like crazy. On the ground and close up she would have the advantage


But somewhere from the shadows. Blue eyes narrowed and Gentleman Bullseye gave a cat like grin. He wanted to watch the fight more. But he couldn't let his hunt die. So from the darkness he fired two energy arrows at Vane's legs. They came at rapid speed from the shadows. That was all the help he would offer. GB was gentleman of course. This was all so interesting to him all these people will make great hunts. The strange siren boy, the man he is fighting, the dark mage and of course traveling heroes. Yes death and excitement was in the air.

 

River: Health 40%

River jumped to her feet as the black flames once again swarmed around them. She cast earthen barrage then began weaving tidal fury.

 

Will

They were all blasted away by Pyroclasm. Will spent a split second debating what to do. Cast healing wind and let the flames go, or cast Purity again and stop try and stop the flames. He opted for the later while Vane was still weaving. He quickly cast Purity again, this time focusing on the counter effect. If he could stop Vane's spell, it would give them a chance to go back on the offensive.

 

Gah :/

 

Vane cast kindle flames! suddenly the burning got intense! as if the flames grew bigger. She didn't stop, blood fire powering her up she cast kill flame. It struck Red defeating her instantly.

"Don't get hit by that move! tassy yelled as she too burned."

vane raised kill flame and fired more, volleys of them!

Suddenly, her spells were countered! Will guessed right a bolt to the legs didn't help.

 

Crumpet | Level: 5 Exp: 440 Life: 40%

"Ow ow OW!" Crumpet bounded around, howling in pain, even after Will's spell cleared the all flames from the chamber. He circled the room frantically even while Vane cast her second Flames of Damnation, qualifying Crumpet's still on-going yelps of pain. Finally, Crumpet stopped his panic abruptly and looked Vane straight in the eye. "I guess that's gone on long enough." He shrugged. "Eh. I was having fun. What do you want from me?" That fire does hurt though. Let's not play with it anymore, please? "Fine. As I wish, I suppose." Nonchalantly, Crumpet wove Earthen Fist and threw two masses of debris at Vane.

 

A blushing Pickles wandered in from the right. He simply sent one powerful mechanical punch at Vane's jaw. It wouldn't kill her but it was a punch that the most vicious of trolls would respect.

 

River Health: 10%

River cast Tidal fury as the black flames melted her magical guard to almost nothing.

 

Will

He was in bad shape, but he pushed himself up, and charged up Healing Winds. He didn't cast it though, she probably had a counter for it, he'd have to wait till there was either no way for her to use it, or she was dead. Sword in hand, weave in the other, he rushed her headlong, timing his attack to be the double tap to Crupmets earthen fists. He spun the sword to the Althea side.

 

Vane could see she was about to lose, she could see this maybe her end. She did something desperate. Using blood fire she weaved Final flame

"Get back!" Vayla yelled as she recognized the weave "She's committing Suicide , and she'll take all of us with her." What happened next felt like slow motion, Vane smiled looking peaceful as she willingly sacrificed her self, for her master.

 

Will

"Get back!" Vayla yelled as she recognized the weave "She's committing Suicide , and she'll take all of us with her."

It was now or never. Will sprinted away from Vane, casting Healing Wind as he did. The cool breeze washed over everyone.

 

Pickles picked up his shield and Red. He tossed his sister back down the hall, so she would be out of blast range. He then jumped in front everyone. Pickles started moving everyone back as held up his shield. He was trying to make some form of defense. " NO! NO! NO! NO!" He kept shouting. He knew what she was doing.

 

Crumpet

"Get back!" Vayla yelled as she recognized the weave "She's committing Suicide , and she'll take all of us with her."

"ASdlhlkfjadfg crap." Crumpet cast a restraining, yet likely futile, Entomb on Vane, hoping to stop her weave, but not before diving behind cover. As Entomb began to take effect on Vane, Crumpet also cast the weak spell on himself and his allies, surrounding them in protective and healing shells.

 

River

"Get back!" Vayla yelled as she recognized the weave "She's committing Suicide , and she'll take all of us with her."
" NO! NO! NO! NO!" Pickles shouted.
Will's healing gave River the strength she needed to run out of the room with everyone else. She got behind Tassy and cast earthen barrier covering them both should the wall not be enough.

 

Final flame was about to be cast, tears sizzled into vapour as they left her eyes, such was the power of this spell. Blood boiling, flesh burning, blinding light filling the room. Final flame was rumored to have enough power to wipe our entire amries of mages, at the cost of the casters life. She cast it.

Silence, all they heard was silence, Vayla opened her eyes. No fire, no charon burns, what had happened? Vane stood there with a blank expression, her spell had fizzled, something had gone wrong. then, Luke.

He appeared behind her and caught her as her badly burnt and bloody body fell backwards. Her spell had been countered, Luke had saved her.

"Why?" She asked weakly. "I was willing to die for our cause. For you."

"No Vane, we are in this together, don't abandon your life, it is far too presiouce to be thrown away."

"But I failed you." She protested.

Luke shook his head, his eye's unseen fro under his hood. "No, you did your best, how can I ask anymore?" He picked her up and observed the group smiling. "You have gotten strong, not many can defeat Vane. But you battle in vain, Exzalia, is doomed. Even if you kill me, my dream will be realized, go home your quest is over."

 

Pickles sighed in relief. "Miss Vane I'm so happy you didn't die." He said with a friendly smile. Pickles turned to Luke, rage clear in his eyes. "Mister Luke I have bone to pick with you. But first I'd like to thank you for saving Miss Vane. But I must ask you something are you?" Pickles asked glaring at him. Pickles was gonna ask Luke something, that was would be interesting show if he agreed.

 

Pickles grunted "I challenge you to a fight Mister Luke. I've heard of the things you have done and I feel it is my right to try and put you in your place. No weapons, no magic, no back up just me and you man to man in a fist fight. So do you accept?" Pickles eyes were filled with something between courage and anger.

 

Luke chuckled, "You fool, you don't even know what your up against, why should I fight you hmm?"

 

Pickles glared at him "Why should you? Because I have challenged you. as I've said I heard what you have done and I as a hero find it sickening. But most of all I'm going to fight you for Vampira and Misiven's sake. Then if I win and your still alive I'm making you apologize to the children you have birthed, now hear this scumbag I don't normally hate, hatred is pointless. But with you I'm making a special case." Pickles didn't know if he would kill Luke if he had the chance. But saying it never hurt. "Now do you accept or will you hide like a coward?" He stated
