    Yay. :)

FYI, I'm waiting for at least one more post on the game before I post again. Keitsumah? Dras?

They are both offline. Dras told me and Keit isn't usually on at this time. They, like me, tend not to log out which is why they are showing as online. I understand you want to wait, but we could perhaps have a conversation between Ben and Asa over PM? If you agree, just begin by PM'ing Ben's answer to me, I'll then edit my latest post once we're done (I can wait with posting it until the others have caught up, but perhaps it would be best if I just edit my latest post and pasted it all in there?).

    Species: Human

    Gender: Male

    Age: 57

    Force abilities:
    1) Mind Trick
    2) Force Crush
    3) ??? (It's a secret!)

Appearance: An old man with grey hair and a rough trimmed beard. He has piercing light green eyes and hard features. He medium height, around 6 feet, and has a strong, well muscled frame.

Personality: Wise and cynical, sometimes cold. His mastery of the force and it's intricacies has left him with a far off nature that many find off putting. Only to his apprentice does he show much real emotion.

    I have arrived!

LMFAO. It is VERY ironic, hahahaha.

By the way, is it weird that I also noticed that Keitsumah's character was healed earlier then she said she was injured later on to the Bith?

Does that mean we're all obsessive compulsive? lol

Nah. I think Snowman missed her being healed the first time and Keit just went with it. Luckily that wasn't too significant of an event. On a sidenote, Ben is puzzling me.

Recently, my computer was attacked by a nasty virus. I tracked down an i.p. from the source and it has led me on a goose chase. I found some people that may or may not be responsible and e-mailed them. The i.p. belongs to a fellow named Martin Hannigan from Cambridge Massachusetts. However, I am not sure if the i.p. was re-routed. Martin's phone number is in the White Pages. Should I call it? I am Hella nervous to do so.

Also, I had an idea for Keit and she was just going along with it. It wasn't that I wanted her healed, it was more that I wanted to test my healing. I would have found something left over from her previous healing. There is no way that the healer had time to fix every imperfection.

If you're sure you might want to contact the police first, before you confront him and give him an oppurtunity to cover up or get away somehow...

The problem is that I am not exactly sure at all. His record looks pretty good. I wanted to check with him on what this could be. You bring up a good point about him covering it up though. I would much rather be rid of the virus then put away the guy at fault. I can at least post how to get rid of it online and deem his work useless.

I must say, I am quite impressed that you managed to track him at all.

*bows in a humble manner* I couldn't have done it without Norton. Heh heh. When you PC game for a while, you start to pick up on some tricks though. I wish I knew enough to just counter-hack, but alas, I am still an apprentice. I think I will call tomorrow afternoon. It is way too late for phone calls right now. Maybe I will have gotten an e-mail back by that point.

    Ah Norton :)

I was already wondering, I am studying informatics myself and I would not be able to pull such a stunt without some tools to help me to.

The thing that makes me think it might not be this guy is that he was easy to find. His i.p. showed up when I found the source of the virus. Usually, that can be masked. It is easy to find the person once you find the i.p. However, I dug into some of the code of the websites that I have been redirected to and I found some common URL's that led me to three other people. I e-mailed all four of these people. I am hoping for a response, but not anticipating one. It really just takes the right tools and the right guy to use them. Informatics is actually an up-and-rising field. I wish you luck, good sir.

If somebody is confused, then I have succeeded. I am done here. I will carefully approach that phone call. I will start by talking about computers with the person and mention my problem. I really don't want him to be ready for a cover-up.

    xD

IP adresses aren't that complicated though. Whenever you go to a website like google.com, the url/link is converted into a series of numbers and dots which is the IP adress, much like houses have numbers and streets have street names. Every website has a unique IP adress. We simply use URL's like www.google.com and www.writingforums.org because they are easier to remember than a series of numbers and dots.
