The Shaky Hands - Lunglight (lo-fi alt. country flecked indie-rock, lo-fi Kings of Leon comparisons ensue, maybe)
"A Favour House Atlantic" by Coheed & Cambria. Been listening to them nonstop lately --no, I'm not embittered at all that I couldnt' see Coheed and Slipknot last weekend. Anyways. Great song; Coheed has a way of making a really unfortunate story sound very upbeat. I listened to it this morning as well, and it made me so happy that I started dancing --at 415 in the freaking morning. "Good eye, sniper. I shoot, you run! The words you scribbled on the walls; the loss of friends you didnt have. I'll call you when the time is right; are you in? Or are you out? For them to know the end of us all..." It's about a girl. It always is.
"Little Miss Obsessive" by Ashlee Simpson. Dont make fun. She sounds fine when her voice is digitalized. I love it, even though it sort of just put this hole in my heart and is now filling it up with cement...
