"Twilight" by Elliott Smith God, such a great song. A strictly acoustic song complete with guitar, vocals, and what I believe is a violin at appropriate intervals, it allows you to focus more on the lyrics. I'm more a fan of the 'music-music' myself, but artists like Elliott make me remember how much a person can say with so little. This song appeared on the album "From a Basement on a Hill" (which was by far his best album) which was released a short time after Smith committed suicide. Havent laughed this hard in a long time; better stop now before I start crying. Go off to sleep in the sunshine; dont wanna see the day when it's dying. She's a sight to see; she's so good to me --but I'm already somebody's baby...
