Behemoth, Daimonos. The lyrics praise the god Dionysos, which is quite fitting as its music quite embodies the Dionysian spirit.
Today I was listening to the song, The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. There's an amazing line in it: "Does anyone know where the love of God goes when the words turn the minutes to hours." The lyrics following that are all cheesy crap, lol, but that one line is just WOW.
November's Doom, A Eulogy for the Living Lost. My signature says just about everything I want to about this song already, so I'd just like to point out that due either to the vocalist's accent or distortion, when sung the the title sounds like 'Are you a genie of the living lost?'
Epica, Design Your Universe. Their new guitarist has proven to be a breath of fresh air- for the first time, all the songs on one of their albums sound unique- this is their first album in which the vocals weren't the only thing worth listening to.
Chickenfoot - My Kinda Girl I wouldn't really care about Chickenfoot if they didn't have Joe Satriani as the guitarist, but this song is genuinely cool. The rest are merely acceptable.
