Free Again - Scary Kids Scaring Kids

Very meaningful, though many people wouldn't give it a chance considering the vocals.

    "Oasis" by Amanda Palmer.

I love the juxtaposition between the upbeat sound and the truly horrifying meaning behind the lyrics. I've never seen a more brilliantly creative person than Amanda Palmer. And honestly, she's spot on. Negative outlook, but spot on.

The sarcasm in the video is pretty funny too. :)

I still love this song! It sounds like a fairground that I would love to visit. One that is utterly insane. :D

Perfect pep-up reminding me that I haven't listened to this week's Fighting Talk yet, and that I need to watch Star Trek again.

Saw them live last week. It was every bit as amazing as you'd expect.

16 Military Wives - The Decemberists (saw this live on the same day, he introduced it as a song about American foreign policy...we lol'ed.)
Cuz America can, and America can't say no,
And America does if America says it's so.
And the anchorperson on tv goes la de da de da.
