Kitchen Stuff Plus I believe it's called. It's a really great store. I wanted to buy the whole place out.

Yeah, very cool clock Mandie. It's like an open commentary on life (to be interpreted randomly, I'm sure). A perfect conversation piece.

Was it the quilted churches or the bible that gives away that we were in church?

That bible is just one of many lying around. The one on the lecturn is huge , but has a the thin pages and tiny print. Whenever I am liturgist, I print the readings off the internet at a nice large font size.

Yaaay!! We met Iain Banks (Iain M Banks for science fiction), Author of one of my favourite books in the entire world - 'The wasp factory' - it inspired me beyond belief. We got to listen to him and ask questions for 2 hours and it was excellent. He was nice enough to sign our books and be in a photo with us! Yaay, the first of many of my favourites i'll get to meet, i hope!

Ashleigh and Banzai, you guys are so lucky to live somewhere that ISN'T the most isolated city in the world

I never get to meet anyone I admire or am a fan of, because no one of that description lives or visits Perth...

    Lol.

Anyway, you look really lovely Ashleigh (I'm being sincere here, not just saying so because if I didn't mean it I wouldn't bother saying it/nods in confirmation)

as for Matt.. well, my friend is deeply envious of him because he, himself cannot grow a beard.

    Lolss.

    That is really cool Ashleigh!

Eoz, I live 20 minutes from Hollywood and I still never see anyone either. Of course there are 11 million people in this county to sift through to find them... I suppose the chances are there though. :p

Maybe they're all in disguise...hmmm...
