I realised while taking that picture that I'm starting to grow out of it. :( The sleeves are getting short.

Find one that looks exactly the same and buy that one.
You look good in that suit.

Or you could just get it tailored. I've only had one year of 'professional' training, but if I could find more fabric, it really wouldnt be too hard, and much cheaper than finding a new suit completely. --I do a lot of tailoring, because I like my clothes comfortable. New clothes are just too... stiff.

I have just realised how muscular she was. Ewww. (I must also admit, I read it as sheek)

Ok, the game nerd in me has to point something out to you all when it comes to the whole Princess Zelda and Sheik thing. She using a magic spell to change her body to look male in order to disguise herself. So oddly enough, she's actually male when she's in her Sheik form. This is what she looks like normally (or at least the adult version of her in the game Ocarina of Time):

That's actually the kid version of Princess Zelda.

The adult version doesn't wear the thing on her head.

Well...I didn't make them, but they are homemade from somewhere. Joel's mom bought them. And Rob is right, they are a delicious necessity to burritos...mmmmmmm.

Neha, I love your hair. You're so pretty!

What is with all this cannibalism? Here in the picture thread, there's Rob wanting to eat Xeno, in the Chatbox last night Leaka wanted to eat me...yikes.

That's gorgeous, Ashleigh! I love it!

And finally, to end my quoting streak, all this Zelda talk is making me smile.

Very nice! I have a favor to ask - would you mind posting pics of you actually in it when you get a chance?

The reason I ask is that I am to be a bridesmaid in September and the bridesmaids have to/get to pick their own dresses. The only requirement being that it is red. I've been looking for a pin-up/vintage style and they have that style in red. :D

Do you know of any other sites like that on your side of the pond? I've exhausted all of the American websites I could find. Thanks! You have good taste!

^^ Yeah i'm sure i'll be showing off with pics soon enough LOL.

They have that same dress in looaaads of colours and matching petticoats to go underneath, and they have a lovely deep red colour - i was actually thinking of that colour for the prom but chose black-with-red instead.

so you've looked at the site already? hmm.. no, sorry, the only other ones I know are all american -

    www.StarletsandHarlets.com

    www.pinupgirlclothing.com

The dress I got though, I bought with the waist belt and petticoat, and it really sets the whole outfit off. If you get one, make sure it's with the petticoat, 'cause that's what makes it all puffy :D
but the belt is just so cute and 50's that it prettifies the whole thing.

I love pin up girl clothing! They have several dresses I'm lusting after. There is one in particular I think would work for the wedding and as an awesome just for fun dress. But I'm afraid it won't be flattering on me. Ordering from the net is risky in that way.

So yeah, that is why I think one with a petticoat would work out great! I'll keep an eye out for your pics. :)

I'm not much of a fan of the way pin up/retro type dresses look, but Ash, I'm sure you'll look amazing in that prom dress.

Ashleigh will suit the dress very nicely, especially with her rockabilly-look already in action.

    *Thumbs up*

Usually I rock the 'Broke student' look instead.
