If we dug into our ground, we'd hit water pretty soon! Oh, to live by the coast: the joys of sea-level terrain. Not a natural hill in sight...
I've never felt comfortable outside the mountains. I live at 6600' but most mining claims come with a built in root cellar. Some clearing required.
lmao@ Danni Minogue! That can be changed with Lara Bingle now (Understands hardly anyone will know what thehell i'm talking about).
Goes well with the link in my signature! LOL! I love Australia and it's many dangerous/poisonous animals LOL
Yes, it does go well with the link in your signature. My grandmother sent me that picture and I could not stop laughing! I also love Australia, for not only does it have dangerous animals, it also has the most wonderful ones : Kangaroos, Koalas, Wombats, Possums, Cockatoos, Blue-Tonged Lizards...
Other than some old, deserted mansion, it's the best place for a horror writer to live. All you have to do is look in your back yard to see a cool monster to write a story about.
One of my favourite activities has to be fishing, and especially up the top end. After seeing a recent photo online i really need to head back up. Nothing like fishing in a 10 foot tinny in about 4 foot of water knowing there could very well be a 12 footer right under you. Never been in trouble before apart from noticing i was near a nesting ground. Edit - blasted picture won't load.
Me too. ...now. who does the baby belong to? Speaking of "babies", here are mine from my visit to birmingham Macon and me after the funeral and the graveside service. He was a-squirmin'. Annnnnnnnd Gavin! The absolute light of my world. Look at that face? How could you not love it?!
Awwww, little toddlerish people are cute. He's even stylin' the striped shirt look. He's gonna be a heart breaker, you can feel it.
