And Gi, thanks! I didn't come up with the shirt idea, so I can't take credit for that, but I take full credit for finding and buying it. My brother is getting someone to make me a jersey, too. I'm excited.

 

I think I may need an intervention. I'm in the process of going through all the stuff we have "stored" in our spare room, and there is currently very little floor space in the room because I have piles of crap everywhere. Today, I decided to start going through the piles one by one, and I started by pulling all the toys I had out into the living room to sort through them:

 

WOW! That's a lot of toys! Are you opening a store or something?

 

Haha I'm sure Joel wishes I would...I just really like toys? I used to work at Toys R Us, so I started collecting a lot of stuff......

Yeah...I've got 11 plastic buckets in my closet now. Full of toys.

Speaking of toys, my little brothers and sisters are in possession of my upteen amount of Beanie Babies. . . I just couldn't throw them away. :redface:

 

I don't, much to my dismay. I always wanted to get the Harry Potter lego sets, but I never had enough money...someday, I'll talk my husband into letting me get them. Maybe.

Joel tells me the same thing! I tried really hard to get rid of stuff...but I kept most of it. :redface:

It's cute that you gave them your beanie babies! My sister's fiance has a ton of them, and she tried to get him to give them away, but he wouldn't.

 

My nephew gave us all the lego he didn't want anymore (boxes full) and it also had some Harry Potter stuff. Not sure my little brother would agree with sending it to you, though!

 

Haha Joel would probably agree with your brother...so I guess maybe it's better that the Harry Potter legos stay in Belgium.

Playmobil was the most fun though! I miss my castle set Had some epic battles with it!!

 

Lego and Playmobil were awesome. So was Knex.

 

You can never have too many Legos, I think.

 

lol, there's nothing wrong with being a little sentimental. We women are prone to it, so we might as well be proud of it!

 

We made the front page of the newspaper for day one of the festival. Pretty cool, eh?

The first two days were indeed a blast...

Doesn't look extremely impressive or anything, but at least it doesn't look like it's been thrown to someone's head. Didn't work out exactly how I wanted it to, cause the buttercream was getting way too soft because of the heat... but yeah, better than nothing I guess!
