Next 'con isn't until next spring XD. I wonder how out of place I'd look at Sakura Con (a Seattle anime convention). Ooh, Supey's breaking out the booze, is he ;D? Reminds me of a Young Justice fanart comic, where Superboy put on glasses for the first time.

Kid Flash: You look kind of like that reporter Clark Kent... HEY.

Lols! Superman definitely didn't hold his liquor to well that night :p. There's a Sakura con?! This world has everything xD! Isn't Sakura that girl from Cardcaptors? If you went as Sakura that would be pretty sweet ^^. I Remember watching that when I was little. Dragon Ball Z beat it hands down though! Don't watch as much anime as I used to but One Piece, Highschool of the Dead and Fairy Tail is still nice to watch.

    The costume looks great. :)

Though I never did quite understand the whole dressing up to see a movie. Perhaps I am just not that nerdy. :p

Thanks for the comments on the climbing pics everyone. It's such a fun hobby, but every time I'm at the base a route I find myself wondering why I hate myself so much. It's hot outside (90+ degrees) the holds are tiny, the shoes super tight, and I know that every muscle in my body is about to SCREAM. But all that misery makes each 'send feel that much better!

JTheGreat, that is a cool costume!

I also just got some pictures from my brother's wedding. This is probably my favorite one:

Awesome costume! Also, I totally have a necklace that matches those hair clips.

Ohh, Superman. My sister and I actually had a discussion about which was better, Batman or Superman, on my way to take her home tonight.

    Batman won.

The shoes really bring that whole epic picture together. I dig it.

It might just be the way you look in this particular picture, but has anyone ever told you that you look like joaquin phoenix?! :D

I mean...How he used to look. Just found out he's turned into some hobo in later life. *shrug* lol

Haha! Love this picture. Looks like a fun wedding ^^.

@Ashleigh: Wasn't sure who he was at first. He looks like the dude from Gladiator :O

@Hiddennovelist: Superman wins hands down :p He has the coolest powers! Plus he's one of the only heroes who didn't get them through riches or some experiment! :D

Well, Sakura Con isn't merely limited to Sakura (there're many of those in the anime world as it is XD). It's an all-around anime and manga convention that's held yearly in Seattle. Tickets are a bit pricey for both conventions, so I think I might just geek out my costume around town. Perhaps the woman at Comic Book Ink will be cosplaying as Harley Quinn again, and we could have a fight scene ;).

I can't decide what type of picture to put up here. Something that's semi-legit and a relatively normal picture, or one where my power level is going over 9000? You decide.

That's how I feel about Mountain Dew, too. Love it.

    ;)

Seriously, though, that's a kickass picture!

For the record, no, I'm not a red-head, I have blonde hair. But when one charges his lasers, there's no telling what physical manifestations will surface.

    Speaking of hair color....
Tried being Blond for the first time in my life, but got tired of dying it every two weeks to avoid roots, so i went back to Brunette.
My husband misses the blond (kind of), and so do I (Sort of), but I'm naturally Brunette and just didn't feel right being blond... But...
    Should I go blond again??

I like it both ways, so I can't decide. Maybe compromise and do blonde highlights?

Too broke to get that done regularly =\ Otherwise I would... I liked my bangs being blond, but the rest was just a pain in the butt. And the ends were getting fried too quickly for trimming to help.

Maybe once I've started school and quit working I'll just dye my bangs blond :)

I definitely feel your pain. I used to do my hair blonde, and it eventually felt more like straw than hair. I didn't ever really keep up on the roots, though, I was kind of lazy there...I just put weird colored highlights in so people wouldn't pay attention to the roots.

I used to be natural blonde, but I turned brown somewhere, and I still dye my hair blonde. I hate how I look with dark hair. Getting it dyed burns, seriously.

In my opinion, natural is (almost) always better! Perhaps hair-dye can add something to looks, but in the end, I'd at least say that natural isn't bad.

EDIT: I suppose it's only courteous to post a picture when posting in the picture thread.
