Hmmmm... that moment, when you writing a scene that, you find humorous but also feel it maybe too much...
Imagine how that loss felt... On the other hand, it is a pretty sincere expression of belief in "The government that governs best governs least" to send an embalmed corpse to the legislature. Let's hope he's spared the fate of Pope Formosus...
I like foreign series and movies. So when people say "Have you seen that episode of How To Get Away With Murder?" or "So on House Of Cards last night" and I just smile and nod because i have no idea what they are talking about. I just finished a Korean tv drama/comedy series. I'm watching a Spanish murder mystery series, and chipping away at a Turkish drama.
I got caught in the middle of a very long discussion about Game of Thrones today, and I've never seen it and don't intend to, so I just sat there like a lemon and waited for them to stop. They didn't.
How To Get Away With Murder is interesting. Plot is a little corny and not the most realistic portrayal of legal drama, cough cough, but the central characters are quite interesting, well-acted and the "tangled web of mystery" style is well-done, certainly in the first season if nothing else. This French zombie film is fairly good if you like foreign stuff. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Horde_(2009_film)
I keep trying to turn people on to Akira Kurosawa and Andrei Tarkovsky. I'd start with Ran and Solyaris respectively.
I started watching a series called Heaven's Garden which is Korean, but its not for everyone, even though I enjoyed most of it (I haven't finished watching the entire thing.) http://asianwiki.com/Heaven's_Garden_(Korean_Drama)
That absolute f***-my-life moment when you've almost certainly got the beginnings of an ear infection. It's not even the ear that was bothering me yesterday, either.
Where do you watch it? Netflix doesnt have it and DramaFever hasnt been working right since my computer updated. It sounds like something I would like watching. Autumn Concerto is a good one. Its Taiwanese, and at some parts it gets kind of uncomfortable to watch (deals with sexual assault and violence)... but it was really good over all https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autumn%27s_Concerto
TMW when you begin to realise many of the court circle in your historical WIP were even more related that you already knew. There are five families that are related to Queen Elizabeth through the Boleyns in some way and because of that are all somehow related to each other. At least when it's some incestuous royal family it's expected but in this case it just all sort of happened that way.
Two tablespoons of Robotussin, not two bottles you yutz... Just get comfortable and wait for your fingers to start finging, you'll be fine in a few hours.
