Well, Erde Welt is experiencing this through Camdin and Camdin is hallucinating, so, Erde Welt would see the same illusions Camdin sees. At least that's how I interpreted it. I can't mention that in my post, since the post is from Nya's POV and Nya doesn't know about Erde Welt. She just senses there's 'something' in there, but doesn't know who/what it is.
