Just bought Far Cry 4 and Wolfenstein: The New Order. Disappointed you can't disable the HUD in Wolfenstein, but can't have everything I suppose.
Yes, loving it so far! Just reached the first 'peaceful' village. The ability to turn off all the HUD is a real welcome addition, it's just a shame they didn't kill all the button prompt pop-ups too. I'm irritated by the fact that I'm told to 'Hold O to open' or 'Press X to climb' EVERY TIME I come across a dead body / door / cliff face. Just tell me this in a tutorial... I'll remember!!
It's Timewalking weekend again! I'm healing (instead of nuking things like normal) for extra badges. How to identify spoonfed WoW players who think that gear = skill: scale them down to old content where their gear can't save them, and watch them die to all the mechanics. I really hope that Legion is super duper mechanic-heavy. I outsmarted you, motherfucker! will always be more fun than I hit you the hardest! ...even though I do hit pretty god damn hard. *cough* But that's just the gear talking. *cough*
I bought the first episode of King's Quest on Steam at the weekend (the only of 5 episodes plus epilogue currently available), and played through it in one sitting. I can highly recommend it. It's an episodic point-and-click puzzle adventure game, and the art, animation, voice-acting and cut scenes are superb. It is kinda tongue in cheek Pythonesque comedy. About 5-8 hours playtime. Well worth looking at if you like this sort of thing.
Running through Dragon Soul on 25 heroic for those sweet, sweet mounts. The gold doesn't hurt either.
Streets of Rage 2, continuing my skyrim adventures (constantly jaw dropping and taking about an hour to explore the simple things lol), and some GTA4, I really missed the sprawling city quality in 5 but that was because I leaped straight from San Andreas into 5 without ever really playing 4 thus not understanding they'd ALREADY MADE a big city in that game.
Boy, did I miss my Thundering Onyx Cloud Serpent during Hallows' End. Sheesh. *puts Headless Horseman's Mount away for another year*
Got my class trinket off Archimonde tonight. I daresay that thing raised my DPS 15k. *pew pew pew!* Oh and, *pew pew!*
I can't seem to get bored of Ultra Street Fighter IV. Over and over again I find myself in practice mode either wood-shedding special moves (to make it possible to throw any of them from any direction at a fraction of a second), practicing combos (my absolute weak point), or just getting my ass kicked by fucking Seth on hardest difficulty in an endless loop. It should get boring pretty soon, but for some reason it doesn't. Oh, and if anyone knows how to chain a Hadouken with e.g. Sakura from a j.HP into a s.MP into a Hadouken, I'd be eternally grateful for I just can't get it to combo when apparently it should.
Oh my god. OH MY GOD. My Co-GM is letting me watch Blizzcon with him via Skype and holy shit. Legion hype is real, guys. I am starting my Legion adventure in Highmountain and I will be petting ALL THE MOOSE BABIES!! *heavy breathing*
I'm sending this out to anyone who owns or has played Battlefield 4 on the PS4. From the gameplay I've managed to find on YT, it seems there is an option to turn off the entire HUD, but all these clips appear to be of MP sessions. Does anyone know (or can check, if they own it) the extent of the HUD options for the campaign? As I've said elsewhere, I'm quite obsessive about this, and need to know that absolutely everything can be disabled, such as button prompts, player indicators / markers, etc etc. Thanks in advance.
Legion is going to be so great. They're completely overhauling some classes (hunter, lock, priest), and others are just getting minor updates. I had a peek at what's in store for shaman (I main ele), and I have to say the changes they're making sound awesome. http://www.wowhead.com/news=249870/legion-class-preview-series-shaman-ability-tooltips-blue-tweets DPS shaman won't use mana anymore (we don't use it now, what the hell is mana? Why do we even have a mana bar?), instead we get maelstrom power. We're turning into a builder/spender class, but it looks like the rotation and spell priority will be largely unchanged. Shouldn't take too much getting-used-to once the patch goes live. Totems are getting buffed, and elementals won't be tied to them anymore — it looks like we're becoming a pet class maybe? Constant fire elemental? Yay? Super stoked! *bounces all over the place*
Turns out un-talented Unleash Flame on CD is actually a DPS loss for ele. And here I was thinking that 40% extra LvB damage would be essential, using that shit on CD. *must retrain self to not push that button every 15 seconds*
I have like a level 85 or higher of all the classes except I think 2 or 3. I can't remember how much gold I have, it's been awhile.
I will pass, I'm quite busy: 19 toons across four servers: 3 100's, a 4th and 5th on the way (DK and monk). Heroic progression in HFC with a damn good team. 257 mounts. 626 companion pets. 19045 achievement points account-wide. If you really want to sell, you could try eBay or something.
I don't think people get away with selling accounts on eBay anymore. There are third party sites but they don't pay crap for them.
