Sounds like you're living near by - so... you sure you wanna do that?

I mean, while I'd like a sunny vacation I am a viking, so I can take some cold and rain if I really had to ;)

...please don't hope for rain

I don't like near by, but I expect rain anyway, sadly!

I don't mind cold, in-fact, I kinda like it, as long as it doesn't rain that is. The rain can do one, but going for a walk on a cold, crisp morning is a great way to start a day :)

There's a used appliances/musical instruments/clothing/watches/bicycles etc store on my way home from work, and today I was inspired to stop in and have a look around. Haven't been there in ages, nothing I really need...

    Are those desert boots?

    No, not those.

    These:

They don't look very used, just a little discoloration on the sole, but crepe gets that really quickly. Insides look clean, no way they're-

    -exactly my size.

They run somewhere between <checks google> $150-300 new here in Japan, and these are-

    $85.

Yeah, I'll take them, but the register girl says there's a problem with the price, they're actually $70 bucks...

    Good day.

I remember waffle stompers, had those as a Boy Scout. I think that boondockers are, by definition, finished black leather, kinda like this:

The boots of my youth were none other than tanker boots:

Oh that macho, strappy leather goodness!

"After meeting a lovely gentile lady over an evening of food and drink. She brought
me back to her place via cab, since we were high with spirits. And in her private chamber
gave her vanilla sex. It sent shivers up her spine, but I was gentleman and gave her
    two generous scoops."

Pretentious quote of the day "Happiness is finding a used book seller on a random street."

All pretentiousness aside, I love finding random book sellers. Even if my backlog is breaking my one tall bookshelf....

My last high school dance was tonight (Prom wasn't it, seniors at my school have their own special dance). It was over all really fun. I won a gift card too. And I was the only girl there to wear a hat, and the only person to wear a fedora. That made me feel good, because I felt different in a good way.
    Yay for being different!:)

@John-Wayne, @Cave Troll, get a room you two. I'd say no one's gonna judge you, but that's not true, criteria will include style, duration, technical accuracy, and use of prompts :)
