That's what life's all about! Hope you had a great time.

I had an inspiring night last night, and think I've finally figured out how to polish up my short story, 'Be Gentle.' New draft should be up soon.

Yay!! I'm excited I've completed my first short story!! Nothing feels better than writing the last line to a story that tumbles from your fingers!

I went to the dentist today for my checkup/cleaning, and I LOVE the dentist. My teeth feel so smooth. :p

The draft is tonight and I'm excited for who we pick. And tomorrow's Friday! :D

I just bought this mask off of Amazon.

I have my tickets for Electric Zoo and my plane tickets, and I'm working on my costumes. I think I'm going to go as a Zebra, a Forest Fairy, and a Ladybug. But this could change. I might like to be a peacock for one day instead! :D

I am so excited that I don't even care that I don't have a place to stay yet, and I don't even care if I don't have a place to stay ever. I'll figure something out. I'm just happy that I will get to party for three days with amazing friends and hundreds of thousands of my stranger-friends in New York City in September for my birthday! I get to see Tiesto, David Guetta, and Armin Van Buuren. I cant wait.

So I was looking up costume ideas for Electric Zoo and found that mask. I thought it would be perfect for my zebra idea. BUT. What was even better, is that I am going to a rave in Nashville this Wednesday after all my finals are over to see one of the world's best DJs. Apparently it'll be kinda small too (perfect  ), because it is after all on a Wednesday when most kids are still taking finals. So the tickets were super cheap ($10), and all female ticket-holders were recently upgraded to VIP status!

I'm working on my outfit for this party, and I am thinking I will wear my black, white, & purple fluffy miniskirt along with my black, sequin tank top and some fishnets and kandi. So when I saw this mask, not only did I think: HEY, ZEBRA! But I also thought, HEY, this will go perfect with my outfit for the Wolfgang show! $5.99 and free two-day shipping, I'm not complaining one bit! :)

    :love:3333

I am so in love with my life right now...

I will definitely post pics from the Nashville rave. I wont be bringing my camera, but I assume there will be paparazzi there like they usually are in Detroit. And let's face it --with an outfit like this, I'm gonna be in the spotlight all night. ;)

Now you'll know how I felt when I left the theaters after viewing Revenge of the Sith. You'll be leaving in tears when the credits roll. :D

As they say in the movies: "The Cycle is now complete..."

But enjoy it, my friend! Enjoy it!!

I really hope someone out there writes us another great franchise to devote our time to. There are so many under appreciated ones out there already though. Come on Hollywood - dig a little deeper! I love seeing my favorite stories translated into film (even though some kinda skip a beat ie: Percy Jackson, Chronicles or Narnia (though I loved these movies anyway)).

My 6 month old son was hanging out with my friend's baby daughter. And he pulled down her skirt. I laughed SO hard. Ha, ha! I love him so much. He makes each day special!

    So freaking happy!

I am writing the first draft of my novel in notebooks, so it's all freehand and I don't have a clear wordcount. So I estimated about an average of 6 words a line, worked out that there were 23 lines a page, blah, blah, blah, eventually worked out each notebook would be about 10,000 words.
I just finished my 3rd notebook, so I thought I was about halfway through, considering how much will change in my rewrites. The one thing that's been worrying me is that I feel like my ending will only be 1 or 2 notebooks, rather than all 3, leaving my wordcount a little too low for my liking.

Tonight, I opened my 4th notebook and a piece of paper fell out, which informed me that each book had 72 pages in it. My boyfriend says to me, "Ha, that's cool, you're writing nearly 144 pages a notebook. WHAT?

Yeah, so apparently I'm actually writing closer to 20,000 words a notebook (give or take, of course), meaning my progress is a million times better than I thought it was. And by a million times, I really mean double. YAY, YAY, YAY!

Word to the wise: you write on both sides of a page in a notebook.

I'm really happy right now because I feel super accomplished. :D I filled out the insurance form for young drivers, called back most of the places I applied to for work, got some homework done and did household chores as well. :)

Osama Bin Laden is dead. Well atleast that's what all the news sources are saying and well President Obama has made a speech confirming.

Gotta say, that's made my day a bit happier. :)

I just heard about it this morning. I'm just stunned. All this time I thought the guy died five years ago.

Well, at least justice has been done.

That's exactly what I'm happy about, too. It made my day a lot brighter, finally having some form of justice and closure for the victims and their families, as well as the heroes that sacrificed so much on that day.
