Same here, I was crying before the movie even began :/ I can't believe its the end.. -sadface- But it was a pretty good movie, but sad. There's all my childhood gone. all I ever did was repetively watch Harry Potter and read all the books over and over.. :/
Just writing random scenes that have nothing to do with my story. It's neat and I'm learning things about my characters I never thought possible. I've put it in a folder called "The Random Stories Bin".
I think I handled the whole Harry Potter thing quite well...never read any of the books, never saw any of the films. Doesn't seem like I've missed much.
Even though I gave up on the series after the fifth book, I still attribute that to giving me the "writer's bug".
That's AWESOME, congrats!! How is it that no one has commented on this? I'm giving you rep, dude, you deserve it. 50K is AMAZING.
Nice one Dante! Are you now going to train to become a solicitor or barrister or are you heading in a different direction?
Thank you, and thank you, and thank you (sorry Eunoia, managed to forget to quote because I'm useless)! I'm a trained barrister, but I'm not going to practice. I'm going to return to uni and train as a secondary school teacher.
I finally finished writing a transition scene that I'd been struggling with for the past couple days. And I'm making nice progress on my word count.
Congratulations anyways! Over here, we have to complete our three year degree and then gain access to the Institute of legal studies to go on to become a barrister. I'm wondering why you went to all that trouble and then do a U-turn to become a teacher? Just curious
Be prepared for lots of tedious marking. Although how tedious depends on the subject you're teaching. Yay for your writing progress, Tay and Mallory.
Thank you, Gigi and Eunoia Yeah, last night was absolutely stellar. Hopefully I'll be able to pull off a few hundred more words tonight...
Ah, mornings. How I love thee. The stellar feeling of renewal, rejuvenation. What I didn't do yesterday, I can do today.
