    Awesome.

But now, GET A SECOND THUMB DRIVE! And start backing up periodically. :)

(Even better, consider a USB external drive, and do backups from your computer to there.)

Not my fav Tom Baker story. The Keeper of Traken was a good one, if you can lay hands on it.

I just got off the phone with my husband. He was just told to come in as soon as he can get there for a job interview. This is for an inventory control job. He is kinda freaking out because they called yesterday to say they had seen his resume and would be calling again to set up an interview...that was yesterday..now they call and say "come in now." Steve needs some prep time for these things or he gets very anxious (well..even more anxious than his usual). Still this is a good sign that they are interested in him. The sucky thing is that it is in Fairfield which is a bit of a drive (like an hour). But...a job is a job. Right?

I now have a door on my room. I never thought I would want to hug a piece of wood, but I think I do right now. I finally have privacy :)

I just added an entire page to my prologue. :D

I'm not going to post it here, because for one of the courses I'm hoping to apply for they request a 5,000 word piece of prose. And from where I am in the scene, it looks like I'll have 5,000 words by the time I'm finished.

He had the interview. He said he thinks it went well. Of course he also said that thinking he did well means he won't get it. But they are apparently in a hurry to fill this position...so that helps. I guess the last guy didn't work out. Everyone cross your fingers.
