Okay, in spite of the risk of sounding pathetic, I'm going to say this anyway: I am so ridiculously excited because Willum is coming over. Correction: Willum is here.
"Ah, to be young and to feel love's keen sting." -Harry Potter. I love not liking anyone right now. My self-esteem is miles high. However you view this boy, I'm glad you're happy he's here, Em. I'm going to be purchasing dormy stuff tomorrow. It'll mostly be stuff like storage units and staplers and such, but I'm positively giggle-tastic about it.
Okay, he had to leave (short visit. Sad.) and now I'm trying to hide the ridiculously big grin that is forming on my face. He's marvelous.
"I hope you don't get mad at me for saying this, but you two would make a really cute couple!" Awkward moments make me happy.
Hahahaha. THAT picture. That was hilarious. To fill in the rest of the world. I posted a picture of Willum and I. Willum's GF: Two of my favorite people! Other friend: I hope you (meaning Emily, me) don't get mad at me for saying this, but you two would make a really cute couple! Willum's GF: Um. I might. Since he's my boyfriend.. Awkward moment.
bwahahaha I've been downright evil to people I hated and thought were horrid people. I know it's not right.. they insulted someone I love so the gloves came off. It got ugly but as usual I was easily able to outwit both of them and come out on top. There's a joke somewhere about "I never fight someone who is unarmed in a battle of wits". I show now mercy if they hurt someone I care about though. True. It's all a delicate balance.
I only get very passionately pissed off on people when they attack my friends, my family, or my religion. Those things are the most important to me so when something like that goes down, I throw down. The only problem is that you can never win an argument against a moron because they don't realize when they've been beat.
Last night, before going to bed, I posted on my facebook that I'd written a review of Inception, and would post it on my blog this morning. This morning, I woke up, and found on facebook that I had a message from Tony Lee (the DVDs reviewer from Black Static and Interzone, and apparant bigwig of Pigasus Press), asking if I wanted to instead review it for Pigasus' online magazine The ZONE. So I'm pretty stoked that my review is going to be published And on top of that, Ashleigh's coming this evening, to stay for a few days
Ha, well I'm kind of stupid so I anyway don't get them half of the time. But he's simply awesome. Besides that, I'm happy cause I made rhubarb crumble and I'll be going biking with my sister soon. I my sister too.
Just spent a good hour drawing a fantasy race I made up, the MC, his buddies and others. I even gave the MC a pet that's a cross between a lemur, a frog, and a lion. Once I was done and looked at them, I realized I had forgotten to give one of them irises (I drew him before I had any idea what the eyes would look like, and by the time I drew everyone else with the eyes, I forgot all about him XD). Should I include the irises or should I just leave it as is?
That's wonderful, Banzai! Congratulations. Holla! I just get frustrated too easily. There's no point in arguing with people who disagree with you, particularly if it's on the interweb. We all turn into giant squids of anger. xx I had lunch with my future roommate today and am feeling good about things. I went shopping afterward for some dorm items, and I've said it before and I'll say it again: Almost nothing is more satisfying than a good deal. I'll need to go out a few more times to accumulate everything I need, but I'm quite excited. I also think that I've got a pretty high probability of getting that job I applied for on campus.
@ Nemo: If it looks alright without them, I guess you could leave them out. I'm happy because of sweet unexpected messages and cause I went biking.
Lol, you mean these?-- Also, I'm happy because my dad and I just watched Bridezillas together. BONDING.
Agh yes. Been there done that. Sometimes I have to force myself to walk away. I've encountered people before that no matter what you say they will just keep going because they like to argue with you. hahah oh man.. one guy (ex friend of Zack) was being a total jerk to him so it got ugly between me and him. Zack said he thought it was "cute" I was taking this guy down for being a jerk. Zack said he'd actually gotten physical with him before over something very trivial. Didn't surprise me since the man looked like a neanderthal. He wasn't hard to defeat in an argument because he wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer. He asked for it though. By first insulting Zack, then me. Then I named a very creepy character in my book after him. That's awesome, Banzai!!! Hmmm, Just leave it out if it looks better without it, Link. I'm happy because I get to go have fun tonight!
It just occured to me that I can actually draw stuff on MS paint and load it up to here! =D I'll be known as "Nemo, the Master of MS Paint"!!!!!
