    Just got an email:

So we talked a bit after you left and the consensus is that we were all pretty much blown away! And we're all pumped about what we can accomplish now. You voice is perfect and your writing style totally fits us.
Keep in mind that we were a little rusty. We hadn't gotten together with Heath in a while. But I thought everything went surprisingly smooth. I was really impressed you could jump in and do vocals on songs you didn't really know! Awesome. Can't wait for things to get rolling!

    \o/

    I'm very excited!

I slept 12 hours last night.

It was as if Shiva and Vishnu had placed gentle kisses on my forehead.

Mr. Sandman!! I love that song. That's really great, Rob, I'm so excited for you! :D

I am too jealous for words right now.

Tell him you want a Mini Cooper...and then give it to me.

He showed it to me on Craigslist in that way he has of his--when he's excited, he gets really quiet and almost shy, as if he's afraid I won't share his excitement, but I couldn't keep the smile off my face. It's a 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo, I think, and I could care less what it is, I'm really touched by the fact that he would even offer. :)

You're not the first to call it that- or even the third or fourth! :p

    Thanks though, Heather.

I got new pillows! Anddd new sheets and pillow cases!!! I'm really happy because I've needed new pillows for a long time now because I've been continually hurting my back at night with these old ones. :S So I'm very glad to have new ones. Having new sheets and pillow cases is icing on the cake. :D

My little siblings keep telling me to go see Toy Story 3. I think these positive reviews mean I need to.

That's so sweet, Gi! I'm happy for you.

Haha damn, man! That's my bad, right there...still, though. Awesome song, and awesome news for an awesome friend.

I blame my addition of the n on my lack of sleep for the past few days.

Sushi freaks me out (especially the all you can eat sushi place down the street from my apartment), but that sounds like a lot fun! Enjoy yourself!

Haha Joel and I got pillows as a wedding present because I really wanted better pillows, but we knew we were moving soon, so we just left all our wedding gifts packed up until we did. After we moved, I got out my new pillow, but Joel never did, and now he gets jealous every time he feels my pillow. Heehee.

I'm happy because I got to watch kids today (two 4 yr olds, a sick and pitiful 3 yr old, and a 2 yr old who fell asleep on me.) and then I went to go see SuperWillum, and it was just he and I for about two hours. After that, I went to a nearby church and FINALLY got to see my oh-so-wonderful youth pastor, Kevin. I haven't seen him in almost two months and it was good just to talk to him for a little bit. He's walked with me through a whole lot of crap, and I love him for it.

I haven't seen Toy Story 3 yet either mainly because something weird has happened to me recently--I get bored with animated movies, the exception being Miyazaki's anime films.

Oh, and to stay on topic, I had a great day today. I went w/a friend to a little town on the Olympic Peninsula. The fog was thick heading out there, but by mid-day it was clear, and the view of the water and the forest was amazing.

I have a match to go to tonight. Huddersfield Town v Blackburn Rovers (10th in the Premier League last season). I quite fancy Town to do this lot, especially as Jordan Rhodes is fit!!!

Stuff the fact it's a friendly. I want to see Huddersfield Town go out and take Blackburn to pieces. 2 1/2 weeks to the new season, and a big win here will send out a message to League One: fear us. We've done messing about. We're going to the Premier League in the next few seasons, and this is why.

I should probably think what I'm typing, because I just managed to get myself right fired up for this one, just by thinking that the time of the Terrier is at hand.

But yes: happy to be going back to the Galpharm tonight to watch Town.

One of my sisters bought this blouse, but it was too small. None of my other sisters could fit in it either, so I got it. Sometimes being flat is not such a bad thing. :D

Lol sometimes I wish I still was. I get annoyed that I have to buy things that don't fit right everywhere else because of one area! But then my hips are wide so I guess it makes me more balanced. lol

I'm happy because I had my mom watching three hours of Doctor Who and she kept asking me what happened next! She would go UGH! whenever I told her to wait and see! bwahahaha

Well, every single strapless dress I ever fit was too big there, but I have kind of wide hips too, so... not very balanced. :( But I shall not complain. :p

Lol, I don't think I could get my mom to do that, haha.

My interchangeable knitting needles came today! And they work, and have a handy-dandy case! (Yes, I am aware only nerds do things like knit. So I'm a nerd. ;))

Behold, the frighteningly named NeedleMaster, which retails for over 40 bucks.

I am very happy. My fundraiser for my volunteer trip to Ghana raised nearly twice as much as I expected. I made €750 tonight when I was only expecting to get €400. Really has gone a long way.
