The Happy Post

I'm happy that so many people have stuff to be happy about. And I'm happy that even though I'm incredibly stressed right now and I feel like if one more thing gets piled on top of me I may collapse, I still have so much more to be happy about than to be stressed about.

And I'm happy because I am eating garlic bread, and it is delicious.

 

I'm happy because I compiled a list of over a hundred books to read!!! I have a goal now, and a fun one at that!

 

My brother's went out of their way to cheer me up. Lot's of music and lot's of laughs, over everything and nothing at all. I really am blessed, to have a good family.

 

I remember hearing about him for the first time from a friend who likes to joke around... I thought he was joking about the name at first; I immediately thought of a Harry Potter fanfiction author. Boy, how fortunately wrong I was!

I am happy because... I just decided to be happy today. Sometimes that's all it takes.

 

That is wonderful, Chimmy. I'm glad that you were able to salvage an item. I am also glad you have such wonderful friends, they really do come in handy at such times.

That is the spirit, Hidden! There is always something small you find to smile about, even when things are at their worst. Just usually it isn't so easy at the time...

Your brother's sound like really wonderful family members to go out of their way to cheer you up. You are a very lucky woman.

I am happy because lastnight I was really upset over what my doctor had said, and after talking to Dan, having a good cry in his arms, and having a little bit of sleep, I feel loads better. I know I'm not starving my baby and I'm a wonderful mother. That is all that matters at the end of the day!

You (Torana), live on the other side of the world from me and so we've never met of course, but I think everyone can tell how much you care for your children.

I had a jerk doc like you did once --I stamped on his foot, tore up his prescription, and never went back. That's no way to treat a patient, or anyone at all for that matter.

I'm incredibly happy because I'm putting together an amazing outfit to go get soon. There's this cool top with the British flag all on the front, and I'm going to put a little short cropped vest on over it, wear some skinny jeans and my black wedges and I'll look SMOKIN'!!

 

How nice! It's good that you have great family members that you can rely on like that. I'm glad they cheered you up.

I'm very happy to hear that you're feeling better. And that you know that you're a wonderful mother. It's obvious from the things you post how much you love your children and that you'd be willing to do anything for them, don't let some stupid, a**hole doctor try and make you feel otherwise. You're a wonderful mother and a lovely person.

Gigi, I forgot that there was another page, but that outfit sounds awesome. When do you start school again?

I'm happy to have such good friends on the forums. It's nice to know that when I'm struggling with something or having a bad day, there are people who will be there to help me feel better.

I'VE BEEN ACCEPTED INTO MIDDLESEX UNIVERSITY!!!

YAY!! I made it! Oh god i'm so excited. I actually did it, I was so adament that I'd fail, but I didn't! I got through!

This september i'll be starting my student life at the University of Middlesex, studying English literature and creative writing!
