Congratulations Gigi! I'm so happy for you and your family!

And Merc, how awesome! New babies are amazing.

 

I am sooooo happy today, the Sun is shinning, a nice breeze is blowing, everything is looks just fabulous.

I enjoy these days.

I'm happy because Joel was supposed to work for a few hours this morning, but right after I woke up, he came home with donuts to surprise me. Apparently it's stormy out, so he couldn't fly today. Made me happy!

 

I am happy because I am refusing to see my family for the rest of my vacation!!!!!!

Someone gimme a woot!

Hey..I am happy for you Wolfie, and Hidden. It is nice when we get surprises, or can take control of a situation.

 

I'm listening to Bob Dylan's The Times They Are A Changin', which reminds me of that awesome scene from Watchmen.

The movie was odd. Everything was there, but it felt like something was missing. And I didn't like the guy playing Viedt. He was too obviously evil.

 

I've never read the graphic novel. So to an outsider, it was cool.

 

You should read it. It's fantastic

I thought they did Rorschach pretty well. Would be kind of hard to mess that up, though.

 

Never seen/read either. I want to, but I haven't.

 

I got to see a cute baby last night. That's pretty much all I need to be happy.

 

Same here. I've heard from many people that it's a great graphic novel, so I really need to pick it up.

I love cute babies! I think I get to see one tonight, so I'm excited.

 

Last two days have been what I can rightly call a 'blast from the past'.

Yesterday I paid a visit tothe woman who was my childminder for about 7 years before I left this town (who was surprised to find that I was taller than her as she hasn't seen me since I was 11) and found she hasn't changed at all.

Also saw an old friend called Johnny, the husband of my mum's best friend, and remembered how awesome he is.

And met his daughter, who is also a Pendulum fan (but has seen then live ) so I've not exactly been bored.

All in all, a good night!

I am happy because today is Dan's first fathers day and it is just going to be so wonderful to see the look on his face when he gets his presents and the look on the kids faces when they get to spoil their Daddy Dan today with his gifts. It is going to be a lovely day today! I'm so happy they have him!

My little sis is 4, but she is f'ing gorgeous. She's a born beauty queen. I'm so proud of her.

I'm happy because I finished all my homework today. I have a long weekend to look forward to, I have books I can't wait to read and am going to finish this weekend. School is going good, my family's safe now that my dad has a job, my friends are awesome, Community and Grey's Anatomy are coming soon and I got to visit my uncle Steve in the hospital after his stroke, and he can move his left arm now!

Life is good right now. I'm just at that blissing-out state of total inner and outer peace.

 

I got 6 hours of sleep last night (as compared to the 3 hours I have been getting)

AND

it's raining and thundering here, which is great reading & writing weather.

 

Gonna see my boyfriend tomorrow, and he's gonna go shopping with me, and then we're going to go and see district nine

 

It's a beautiful sunny day and I feel like its time to pick up a pen and start writing.
