I am extremely happy because today my parents brought my car around to the house. It is actually fixed!!!!!!!

It was the main fuse that had blown and the reason why it broke down again yesterday was because the battery lead came off. lol! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! My car is fixed, my car is fixed. I can't believe my car is fixed! And it won't be costing me very much at all to pay for it either. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

Today has been a really good day. :)

Steve is back from interview. He thinks it went well. He isn't sure he wants the job though. 5:00 start time and 45 minute commute means waking up at 3:30. I hope whatever happens is for the best.

Oh, yikes! That's how it is with one of the managers at our store. He has an hour commute, so anytime he's scheduled an opening shift (5 am usually, 7 at the latest) he has to get up ridiculously early to get ready. Early start time aside, though, at least it would be something to provide income until he finds something better. Glad to hear the interview went well.

I love getting new music on my ipod. :)

I didn't go to the gym today because I wasn't feeling well, but I just did a nice ab workout. My muscles are all tired now, but they're feeling very thin and fit. Makes me happy.

I'm happy because I put in a random cd, and found some of those old radio songs you loved but never really knew, that I had all this time. I love it. :)

LOL it sure is at the moment. :p

Only 10 weeks to go, but Li'l Pome will prolly be here in the next 1-4 weeks the Dr is inclined to believe. On the good side, premature babies stay babies for soooooooooooo much longer :) hehe

There's always a silver lining! :) Still though, here's hoping you make it further into this pregnancy than your last two.

    I'm soooooooo happy!

My 14-yr-old daughter has just won a place at the high school for fine arts (the kids specialise in music or art, she's going to major in art). She worked like crazy for the 2-day selection exam all summer, and there were 189 kids competing for 30 places. When I saw her on the list in 1st place I can't describe how proud I felt.
She's been drawing since she was able to hold a pencil and just lives to draw and create, I hope she'll have a good time there. They go back after the festival for Ramazan on the 24th.

Good luck to all those kids just starting school again after the summer break, hope you have a successful year!

That's very true. :) Always a good side.

And I don't know why we always miss each other. I'm inclined to believe it has something to do with the time difference. But I always see Daniel...Hm. Maybe you need to kick him off more often.

I just re-watched 'The butterfly effect', a film I had only seen once a few years ago.

Well It was like watching it for the first time again, and I had totally forgotten what a fantastic film it was. I really love it. It's cool when you re-discover something that you'd forgotten about, especially when you thought it was so great at the time.

Also, I'm using the external hard drive that Matt gave me (and loaded with films and TV shows) and it's soooo cool being able to watch anything from my DVD collection at the click of a button, instead of hunting the DVD box down, finding missing disks etc, and then sticking it in the xbox360 in the living room. I watched my movie in bed whilst eating cake. Yipeeee.

It is always nice to know that no matter how desperate a thing might seem, there is always somebody who comes along, gives of their time, and opens a shade, allowing the light to shine through.

    Thank you~

I had. The greatest. Time at X-Fest tonight. I am exhausted, and shivering (why the staff thought it was necessary to hose the crowd in 50 degree Fahrenheit weather is beyond me  ), but I had so much fun! My throat is so sore from singing and screaming, and my back hurts bad from all the moshing, but oh. my. god. :)

I saw Hollywood Undead! My favourite band! I'd heard that their shows are like huge parties, but I never really got what that meant until I felt it tonight. Everyone was so nice and dancing and hugging and drinking, and it really was just like a huge, fantastic party (and I dont even like parties, but this one was SO AWESOME!!!!!).

And I just became a huge fan of Sick Puppies (EVERYONE GO LISTEN TO THEM NOW) and Red. Everyone was SO AWESOME!

    Best. Night. Ever.
