Eudoxia Level 2 Point Amount: 130 He saw Xin fell to the ground and before he could even react, Mason sped over to her side. "Xin? Hey Xin, whats wrong?" "Yes, what is wrong, Xin?" Eudoxia asked worried for his friend. She heard the minor things that she breathed. He was pretty sure no one else had heard it. He knelled down to her side and whispered, "What are you talking about, Xin?" while wrapping his arm around her back, holding tightly, helping her to stand.
Mythai Dravid Mythai was just standing around observing when Xin collapsed and a few of the squad rushed over to her. An android going crazy and now...this? What a day this was turning out to be. But, she also was concerned for Xin's health. With medical bag in hand, Mythai walked over with a calmness in her step. No reason to overact. Being cool, calm, and collected was what medics were all about. That's what she'd been taught, although it'd taken her awhile to learn. Mythai knelt next to the Commander, surveying the patient. Shallow breathing. Light-headed. Red skin. Muscle weakness. Not good... "She has early signs of a heat stroke," Mythai said, trying to keep her voice void of urgency. "Eudo put Xin somewhere comfortable and give her some room. If she's already hot, you may be adding excess body heat," With a quick hand, Mythai unzipped her bag to pull out a soft cloth. "Someone get me some water. If we cool her down, she will be more receptive and we can handle the problem further." She watched Xin closely, praying she wouldn't drift into unconsciousness.

" Eudoxia was surprised that Myth had begun to take command, though she always got into things that have something to do with health, or medicine. His purple eyes were set on Myth, he shook his head, listening to her order. His brown hair was glowing in the sunlight, the sunlight that was heating Xin. Edo picked up Xin, as if he was carrying over the threshold. He looked around and found a tree, it had cover under it. A shadow. He ran over to it, he laid her in the shade. He back up, trying to get as much heat away from her from possible. He had MicroBots circle around here and blow cold air on her.
Seven seemed surprised. Xin had fallen over and they were around her very worried. Seven walked towards them pushing Mason aside gently so she could see. her eye's turned green she activated her scan ability and looked inside of Xin. "Nano bots are acting up, that's what's causing it. Her immune system is responding by heating up her body, it thinks there is an invader, it will only hurt her in the end." She walked over to Edo, "give me one of your little robots quickly, I'm going to need a tweaser and a fragment from a pulse grenade. Though we may have to substitute that last one. Cool her down quickly my scanners say she's at 98F if she passes 106F her life will be in danger, 110 is death for organics." Sevens mind was like a race car spouting out probablities like they were nothing. Soon they could barely understand what she was saying she was speaking so fast her mind caculating every possibility in seconds. "heart rate 145, breathing 37, blood pressure 160...Seven grabbed a water sac and threw it on her. still spouting a wealth of formula's and proceders and suddenly she stooped, and looked around. "Don't just stand there hurry up! goodness you humans are slow." Seven scolded, though she was clearly more concerned then insultive

This is seeing as how he had already began to cool down Xin. Eudoxia then pulled out his digital holder, then from it he retrieved a tweaser. He then handed it to the concerned android.
She quickly opened up the mini bot using the tweezers she with great speed began tinkering with the energy exspoltion unit at it's front end, this was the part where it let out light, or energy. she had memorized it when they had put the net around her. No pulse grenade, she snatched three more of Edo's boat and hooked them up to herself after modifying their charge ports using the tweezers. She then aimed her odd contraption at Xian. For a moment it looked like Seven was going to blast her with a makeshift gun. In fact that was exactly what she was going to do. *Zzzzzuuup* Sevens own power ran into the minibots she held facing Xin frying their circuits then...a loud bang! the one on the end blew up! sending a wave of energy at Xin, it hit her gently, sparks sprung from Seven as she fell to one knee. seemingly hurt, inspite of that she smiled. "And that is how you make an emp gun, I shot her nanobot's that were causing her biology problems, they are shutting down now and shouldn't reactivate for a while...sorry about your robots Edo, I'll fix them."
As Seven worked, the commander stood quietly to the side. She seemed deep in thought, though about what...no one could tell. "Wow! That was amazing!" Mason exclaimed clapping a hand on Seven's shoulder. "Good thing we have you along." He said with a smile.
"Don't thank me, thank the minibots." She said holding up Edo's fried robots, "These little guys gave their lives up, they are the real heroes." Seven spoke of the tiny machines like they too were people, it seemed in her head everything was somehow a person. She patted the robots on the head and smiled. "Thankyou little guys."
Aren Aren stood at the back of the group while everything happened. There wasn't much that he could really do to help the situation. Instead, he was tinkering with his Torris, like he had been for the last few hours. He was just about done with it. Ever since the fight back on the last planet, he'd seen that the group had a hard time dealing with fast moving enemies, so he had been working on a new grenade type since in his free time. It was a grenade that emitted an electric field that interfered with bio electric signals, slowing reaction times and reflexes. It was effectively a bomb that made you slow. But, there was a downside, it effected everyone equally. So, to counter that, Aren had designed a small addon to the Torris device everyone had that would shield them from the effects. HE was just finishing up installing it in his own to test it. He set the chip in the Torris's control panel, the used a laser solderer to attach it. A moment later it lit up blue. Also, his arm didn't explode and neither did anything else, so that was a good sign. "Eureka!" he exclaimed, forgetting where he was and the situation for a moment, then looked up. "Oh, hi... forgot you were all standing there..."

He found it cute that she returned to the MicroBots power and usability as lives. He stood to his feet and patted Seven's head. His purple eyes set on her. "It's all thanks to you. Hopefully Xin will be okay now." he stated. He was happy he had helped Xin, though, he was sad that he had lost two more MicroBots. If they didn't get back to the base soon, so he could make more. He would be screwed, because he was down to six. He then watched Aren, in confusion, and realized what he was doing. Once his Torris opened up, Edo just looked at it.
Xin: Level: 2 Shutting down. What? Huh? Xin thoght, dazed as her eyes fluttered then opened. "Wh- how-" she mumbled, rubbing at her head. Blinking, she saw everyone was crouched or standing around her, and this time she merely bit her bottom lip in embarrassment rather than blushing for once. "Sorry commander," she managed to get out. She'd been nothing but trouble for the team lately...
Mythai "It's all thanks to you. Hopefully Xin will be okay now." Eudo said to Seven, patting her head. Mythai sighed. Well, she'd certainly been one-upped. As she pocketed her cloth back into her bag, she stood up and walked to the side. Her heart beat with an uneasiness she hadn't felt since her school years; a feeling that rubbed her the wrong way. If Seven can do my job, then why am I here? Mythai thought, casting another glance at Eudo beaming his wide smile. When they deal with real injuries, then let's see what happens. Eudo's bots and Seven's abilities can't cure wounds...can they? Mythai's face paled as she thought of the possibility of technology taking the place of modern medicine... Quickly she turned her back to the squad, looking forward to their next destination. The quicker they got moving the better.
Eudoxia Level 2 Point Amount: 130 Eudoxia had the smile on his face for a while, but he had noticed that Myth was giving him a look. He was confused for a bit, then realized what Seven and he had done. He began to wear a frown. As he saw Myth try to walk off, he got up and ran after her. He then stopped almost bumping into her. He looked at Mythai straight in the eyes, so she would know that he was dead serious. "Myth." he said thinking how to carefully choose his words. "You know we'll need you when it comes to something big. Myth, you know I had no idea what I was doing. I was just cooling her down because she said she was hot. I didn't really know what to do, everything like that was up to Seven. To be honest, the only reason Seven could help was because of the nanobots in Xin's system. If I ever get a big wound, or anyone else who isn't Seven gets some type of flesh injury, there will be one person to rely on." he looked at her with a smile. "You." he said poking her above her chest. "Now come on, cheer up!" he ordered in a peaceful tone.

She couldn't help feeling a bit embarrassed at her show of emotions. She should've known that Eudoxia would observe her change in attitude. "I know Eudo, it's just..." Mythai looked down at the ground, rubbing her shoulder. "Fitting in this squad is hard enough. Everyone seems to have gotten to know each other, some even a little too much. But, me? I'm the odd one out." Mythai adjusted her bag, forcing herself to look into Eudoxia's eyes. "But if I didn't have my medicine, I don't know what I'd do. Or who'd I be."

"I know you, I know the troubles you went through, just like me. You were forced to be here. I know that." Edo said reassuringly. "And even if I didn't, it doesn't matter if we know you. It matters that we care about you." he said, this time with a look on his face of sincerity, while placing a hand on the shoulder of this beautiful woman. He looked at her, keeping his eyes on her, his hand began to get a little tense as it grabbed her shoulder harder. "And as for you being without your bag, it doesn't matter. I know who you would be. You'd be the same girl, with the calm composer, the one we can always rely on to have our back. With or without your medicine." he stated to Myth, trying to get her to understand who she was. "You help us, even in times of chaos, like when Seven attacked Adwaita, you still healed Adwaita. You're awesome Myth, and the team would fall apart without you." he continued.
"Sorry commander," she managed to get out. Commander Sharp nodded her head. "You need to find a way to get those things under control, Xin. We can't have you collapsing in the middle of battle." She said calmly. When Xin was back on her feet the Commander led the cadets into the heart of the city. The first thing they saw was town square with a sort of rally going on. A couple dozen people were gathered around the exact same looking statue that they had seen up on the hill (though it was nearly three times bigger than the other one), and a man stood on the edge of it in order to be seen above the crowd. To their right they saw a large street filled with every sort of vendor one could imagine. A fruit stand was among these, an elderly woman watching over her wares. At the end of that street was an store labeled Adam's Apothecary. "We're looking for Elbesh. It's a purple fruit. We need to get it in liquid form if possible." The Commander began. "Split up into pairs. Eudoxia, and Xin...check out the fruit stand. Seven and Mythai check out the apothecary. Aren and Adwaita go with Mason to check out what's going on there at the rally. We'll meet at that little cafe there, Nana's Treats, in half an hour."
Seven started off like she was told towards the Apothecary she opened the door to the store and instantly started showing of her complete lack of social grace or skills. "Fleshings of the Apothecary realm, hear me! I need an Elbesh fruit A.S.A.P so if you have it hand it here and be quick about, it lives are on the line." After declaring her self Seven then folded her hands and waited patiently.
Eudoxia and Xin "Split up into pairs. Eudoxia, and Xin...check out the fruit stand. Seven and Mythai check out the apothecary. Aren and Adwaita go with Mason to check out what's going on there at the rally. We'll meet at that little cafe there, Nana's Treats, in half an hour." Eudoxia turned to Xin with a smile. "Are you ready to head out?" he asked playfully. "It would be a shame if we weren't the first to find the fruit." he continued. "True, let's get going." Xin said, a tired smile coming to her face. The nanobots had really done a umber on her, and she was still recuperating. Striding over to where the elderly woman hovered over her wares like a protective mother, Xin greeted the woman and waved towards the assorted fruits. "Hi, we were wondering if you could help us find something we need. It's called an Elbesh fruit." Eudoxia stood there as Xin greeted the old woman, and he respectfully waited for her to finish speaking before he interrupted. "Yes, it would be a great help, especially if we could get the fruit in some type of liquid form, mind you." he stated cheerfully trying to be as polite as possible while glancing at the woman with his purple eyes.
Apothecary "Fleshings of the Apothecary realm, hear me! I need an Elbesh fruit A.S.A.P so if you have it hand it here and be quick about, it lives are on the line." A man in his 40's came out of the back room rubbing his hands with a multi-colored cloth. He snorted a laugh and sneered at Seven. "What care I about lives? It's marks that'll interest me. If you've got none of those, than away with you." He shooed his hand like one swatting a fly. Fruit Stand "Hi, we were wondering if you could help us find something we need. It's called an Elbesh fruit." Eudoxia stood there as Xin greeted the old woman, and he respectfully waited for her to finish speaking before he interrupted. "Yes, it would be a great help, especially if we could get the fruit in some type of liquid form, mind you." The elder woman stared over her glasses at the pair. "My aren't you a cute couple. Little young to be getting married though, don't you think?" Her eyes seemed to reprimand the pair. Town Square rally "You're an idiot, Carl. You want to go against that beast?" Someone from inside the crowd yelled. A few people murmered in agreement. Carl, the man standing on the edge of the statue, glared at the speaker. "That mountain snake guards the largest deposit of salt we've ever found on this planet. If we can kill it we can mine the salt, sell it to the Zallins, and become wealthier than we ever could imagine. Not just a few of us but the whole city. As a bonus, we'd finally be able to expand more. The mayor won't admit it but the city is getting too crowded. Why do you think they have a two child only policy now?" Carl spoke with a passion so intent the crowd found themselves nodding in agreement. Even Mason felt like he should raise his hand and volunteer to help kill the mountain snake they spoke of. "Who's with me? We need at least 20 strong to have a chance." That's when it hit Mason. They were planning a raid, against Zalligar. They were going to kill it, or at least try to. He turned to to Aren and Adwaita. "What do you think, should we try and discourage them or just let them do what they would've done if we wern't here?"
"What care I about lives? It's marks that'll interest me. If you've got none of those, than away with you." Seven seemed put off by his cold words. "You would trade the lives of your fellow organics...for this?" Seven held up a fist full of franks. "This is just paper as far from what I can tell, I don't see why you would want this so much, but if you have the fruit I'll give it to you for it."
Adwaita Adwaita was shocked when the man spoke to them directly. "I, uh...I think..." What did she think? If she encouraged these people, they would disrupt their mission and kill the Whisps' only protection. "I say you stop this silliness", Adwaita blurted. "Yeah, I said it, silliness! Zalligar is too powerful for you all to take on, most of you would probably get killed. Not to mention it has...babies, tons of babies to protect it." Now Adwaita was lying, but maybe that would make them think twice. "Listen here, townfolk. We are Jumpers and we're train professionals, let us handle this. We have to let Zalligar live, for goddarn good reasons, but we'll, uh, take care of the babies for you." The babies that don't really exist, but they don't need o know that... Adwaita turned to Aren. "Right, Aren?" She hoped he would understand why she was lying and join in.
Eudoxia and Xin Eudoxia heard the comment of the older woman and blushed automatically. It was fun when he played with others, but others playing with him was unusual. "We are not married, we're just together. Well together as in walking together, shopping together." Eudoxia explained hopelessly to the woman. Xin couldn't help the wicked grin coming to her face when Eudo blushed. Payback time. Deliberately leaning into him and entwining their arms, Xin quirked her head at the woman and faked surprise, "Really? Where we're from, we're actually a bit old to be getting married." she joked, hoping the old woman would catch the hint. Eudoxia smiled at Xin and picked up on what she was trying to do. "Yes she is right, a little old." he said trying to fight back. "We've been on each other since we were younger." he stated. Xin stuck her tongue out at Edo, giving him a wry smile at the horrified expression on the woman's face. "How about we go somewhere else... where i can teach you a lesson." she growled, wicked intent in her eyes as she pulled Eudo away and led him towards the cafe, "Maybe they found the fruit." Eudoxia blushed and allowed Xin to begin to pull him towards to the cafe. "Teach me what lesson?" he asked. He also asked, "We are just gonna really leave without even trying for the fruit?" His purple eyes stayed on the vendor of the old woman's. But, Xin completely ignored his question.
Mythai Seven took off so fast, Mythai had to run through the crowds to catch up. Even then she couldn't get there before the android did. Seven sure seemed to be taking control of...well, everything... The bell above the apothecary door jingled as Mythai strutted in, a frown prominent on her sweaty face. She caught her breath as Seven's robotic voice reached her ears. "You would trade the lives of your fellow organics...for this? This is just paper as far from what I can tell, I don't see why you would want this so much, but if you have the fruit I'll give it to you for it." The android was holding out her bills to an older man at the counter. Great... "Hello Sir," Mythai said exchanging her frown for a warm smile. Then she turned to Seven. "Listen Seven, that paper you're holding, it's actually valuable to us humans. We don't want to be giving it away so willingly because we might need more of it later to buy other things. If we don't have marks, we don't get what we want." Reaching her hand into her bag, Mythai smoothed her own crisp galactic marks between her fingertips. Her father had taught her about bartering back in the good ol' days. If they were going to get that fruit, she'd make sure they would get it at the least price possible. With brimming confidence, Mythai looked the man square in the eyes. "If you have the Elbesh fruit, Sir, then name your price."
Adam's Apothecary Adam's eyes seemed to light up at the prospect of marks but his glare returned when he heard what they wanted. "Do I look like a fruit stand?" He asked condescendingly. "If you haven't noticed this is an apothecary shop. I sell medicine, potions, stuff like that. Not fruit. As much as I want them...take your marks elsewhere." He growled in annoyance and went back into the room he'd come from.
"Well do you know where we can find Elbesh fruit?" Seven asked him before he got too far. "It's imperative that we find one!" She was put off by the man's rudeness even more. "I must say Mythai humans sure are stupid if they put so much value in indigestible paper."
