Still on a Senses Fail binge. Simply beautiful guitar and drum work. And the lyrics will always hit home for me. Oh, and another lovely album cover, of course.
When my name (real name obvs) is in a song, it really makes me feel weird. Like either it kind of wakes me up or I sit there thinking whether I am like this example of my name. (No, I'm not giving any examples, nosey wotsits, I was just wondering if anyone else felt that way)
Sad for our oldies that Rick Parfitt died today. Guitarist of Status Quo - the essential UK suburbs music [mums & dads] virtually unknown in US. This was no.1 in '73
No one interesting from my county I'll steal from the county I spent two years next to, though! I've posted quite a lot from them already but I got their album for christmas and gosh, I love their voice. Is it strange that the band above is now in the same playlist as this bunch? No, not all.
That song is quite catchy! I've heard of The Wombats before, but never looked into them. Maybe I will, since I plan on pulling an all-nighter anyway. And yes, it's always good to have an eclectic taste in things. And my favorite British band. Arctic Monkeys are pretty much always part of the playlist for my friend-groups' parties.
