Gotta say the main theme from the original Godzilla is actually quite good.

    This one is also good:

    Plus this theme:

And this modern fan remix of it:

    \m/ Metal! \m/

I think Igorrr (always three Rs) is one of my favorite new bands. It's seemingly every genre at once but metal at heart. This video reminds me of that one Huey Lewis video. Something about the camera placement. The dog at the end is so funny to me.
Their production is always perfect too. Every instrument is clear.

New track from Meshuggah. They sure understand how to make an ominous video. It's like something from Vandermeer's New Weird.

I rather like this group. I suppose I wish the vocals weren't so generic, but what can you do? I believe they're using a lot of members from Quo Vadis. (I miss that band.)

Just a very silly meme song with the Thomas the Tank Engine theme sampled with a Biggie song, but damn, the animation is so funny and I just can't stop watching it. It's just over a minute long, worth checking out for a laugh.

I love the dissonance of the visual and the music.

Another medieval piece. Why do I like medieval music so much?

My favorite version of this song. That shouldn't come as a surprise. This fan video (don't know why it was created other than for fun) makes it even better.

Still the best Metallica cover of . . . all . . . TIME! (thunderous voice)
Never cared much for the Black Album. It's okay, but when compared to what came before it, I want to weep.
By pushing the song into jazz and then ramping the drums up Kamasi Washington made it something special.
I think that because he was a non-metal guy among all the other bands covering Metallica for the album anniversary, he did the most metal thing he could, and it was genius.

I did a quick edit for you. You click on the button that looks like film (2 to the right of the smiley face in the toolbar). Then you paste your Youtube address in it.

My 'era' for music was from around mid 70' s onward. The 80's were great - good times :superagree:

Have to repost this one because it is genuinely amazing. The lead in this song has such a splendid timbre.
