Skip it. Move on with the next part. When you're done, go back and see if you really needed the difficult part in the first place. Maybe it was difficult because it didn't belong there.
All right, I'll see if that does it. It could be that I'm writing something that doesn't need to be there.
I have a buggered up and infected tooth that hurts like bejeezus, and I have to decide whether to go with a root canal that may or may not work, or just have it taken out. And I've realised I have less than 3 months left in my 20's!
Sorry about the tooth, sounds miserable. I woke up with a headache for no good reason and it's not going away.
I wake up to the news and feel sickened...my heart goes out to Colorado. I cannot believe we can't see a simple movie anymore with no worry.
I know, I've been thinking about it all day. I nearly banned someone on a board I'm an admin on for saying "did he just not like the movie" or something along those lines of being distasteful about it.
It won't leave my mind for quite awhile too. My mom told me about it this morning and I'm still in shock. I have some online friends from CO. It is a very sensitive topic, all we can do is keep the people in our thoughts.
It's sad to think something like this could happen. My thoughts go out to the victims and their families. Did they catch the guy yet? I read a few news articles, but they didn't say anything about him being caught, just that the police found guns in his car.
I read that he was caught. What a psycho to do such a thing. The more I read about it the worse it gets. I'm trying not to obsess on it as these things tend to affect me badly. I will say I'm giving my girls extra hugs and loving today. A lot of young people were hurt and/or killed. Not sure if it's true but I read a three month old baby was hurt.
12 were killed in the shooting, 59 were injured, according to the New York Times. Some of the injured included a six-year-old child and a four-month-old baby. The shooter apparently was a med student who originated for Aurora, and he went in there dressed in armor like he was ready for battle. This is a sick, sick bastard. Police officers are trying to find a motivation. I don't think there was any motivation other than a sick man who wanted to shoot up a theater.
I saw something earlier today filmed by a guy that was there when it happened, but this was after and he was outside the building. Is there a video shot from inside floating around?? I hope not, that is not something that anyone but the police would need to see. If I saw something like that I'd have a hard time falling asleep and probably have nightmares.
I'm talking about the video you seen, shot outside. I found it honestly terrifying. Just the sounds of people running, screaming and crying.
I woke to that news this morning. Words are insufficient. Twelve dead so far, upwards of seventy injured, and his apartment was booby-trapped with explosives and incendiaries. He was dressed in black, and apparently was wearing a gas mask and a Kevlar vest. I wooder if he was playing out a sick supervillain fantasy. So far, they think he acted alone. I hope there isn't another one on the loose. Bastard. Sick or not, I don't care.
From what I read, he told police he was the Joker. He was trying to act out something Joker would do, apparently. Yeah, sick, sick bastard...
I heard he has not cooperated with the police at all, and had a lawyer present from early on. Motive is only speculation at this point, and the police aren't making any public guesses.
I cannot understand why people do that kind of stuff nor do I try. My heart goes out to all of those people who were inside that theater; it must have been terrifying.
It's unnerving to think that he plotted and planned this for weeks maybe... I just feel so deeply saddened for all of those people and families affected by that messed-up man. I can't imagine what they are going through.
i heard he had bought over 6,000 rounds of ammunition. It just blows my mind. Makes me wonder if there was going to be other people involved. Another sad day for Colorado.
6000 rounds? Wow. At least he didn't put up a fight when they arrested him. There could have been a lot more casualties.
It justs rings as if there could have been more people involved and it didn't happen. (Considering he bought his gear online - he may have spoken to others online too). That said, i'm not going to do an Alex Jones, Icke rubbish and pretend as if i have an idea. I also heard one of the women killed had survived another shooting a month before. The families and community has my wishes for better days.
Today is surely a sad day, and for a state who's seen its share of tragedy already this year. Its got me a little worried because I have family in Denver, friends in Boulder, Breck and Vail, and a few friends around the Aurora area, who I have yet to find out whether they went to the movies or not. Coicidentally, and I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but my boss at work is constantly going off the top about Hilary's ban on small arms and such, and you have the UK trying to pass a similar bill, if I'm not mistaken. (I dont have a huge stance on current politics, fyi.. been out of the loop for a long time and frankly don't care much) But, after the shooting and the way things went down, I got to thinking.. What if this was setup by the government in order to amplify the feelings behind the upcoming Bills? Sure enough, literally the moment I think that, I find a brand new article talking about it online. For me, it just made the day that much more depressing. A world without love is a world with out peace. How many more lives have to pay the price before we open our hearts and do what we're supposed to, connect with each other?
Could someone from the US explain Colorado to an outsider. Is it a blue collar start, Big unemployment? I mean there are lots of shootings in America, but this one region seems to have so many young people with hate who unleash it on the community. Facebook has been annoying me today because everyone is like, cut gun control. But if any single party was to even attempt cutting gun rights, would'nt that much mean the end of them in politics. For what i hear the gun lobbies have a LOT of power in government/monies.
