Giving up a pet is the worst. Hope you can find Skunk a good home. This should probably go in the other thread because overall it's a good thing, after being sick all week I'm finally starting to feel better. I'm just too tired now to do anything.
lol me too. My birthday was last week, and in retrospect the little party my family had was great, but I feel old. Oh, Em, that is so hard. But like Agreen said, hopefully you can find the cat a good home.
Kind of tired, not sure how to get a certain part of my story to another part of my story, don't feel like writing it, etc, etc, bitch, bitch bitch...
OK, I have a stonking headache, haven't had breakfast because the hotel doesn't serve it and have serious doubts as to the contents of that lemonade last night.
Indeed The situation is somewhat improved by having had a mammoth breakfast at a nice continental cafe just down the road. Possibly the best hash brown I've ever had. Shame that when I got back to the hotel and fancied a cup of tea they didn't have proper milk. Whitener is not milk.
I have a blocked nose and my head feels heavy, so I'm sat here in my dressing gown and fingerless gloves trying to do some writing but hopelessly failing. My writing has been so frustrating the past few days I haven't been able to get a lot done.
I haven't felt like writing since last week before my weekend drill. Every time I'm with the army I lose my mojo for it. Blah.
^ At least you made it to said lame movie... I haven't had a day off since I got sick and had to call out nearly 3 weeks ago.. I spent the entire day sleeping... I'm still exhausted... but now I can't sleep anymore .....
Buddy (1997) At first I thought it was going to be cute with the animals and all. Not so. I could tell I was in for a boring hour and a half five minutes in. I don't know what they were thinking...
McDonalds. I already made a trip, am drinking their coffee right now. Will get a new maker tomorrow. I would get Dunkin Donuts if they had them in Washington!
^ We don't have any Dunkin Donuts here either ... Maybe in south Texas but not up where I live ... Thanks Tay... I passed out again and am not up awake (mostly) and fairly spry... we'll see what happens...
I found out last night that my mother-in-law has cancer. We'll know more on Wednesday, but I can't help feeling down. I keep my chin up, for Lynette's sake, but Goddamn. I've watched too many people I love die from cancer...
My mother-in-law was diagnosed with cancer, I think over 10 years ago now. She's still ticking. I know it isn't the same for everyone though, sorry to hear the bad news.
