Frustrating eh? Hopefully you can get into it and write it soon. I've just given up with it tonight, and just going to go for it and write it tomorrow morning before my lecture. I'll at least have a first draft to work with then.
Hypo or Hyper? I have underactive thyroid, and I'm due another blood test soon to check up. I've been taking the pills for almost 3 years now. I'm telling you, it never ends, lol.
Thanks. I'll try to remember that. After I finish the first draft of my novel, I'll continue writing and submitting short stories. Someday, they'll have no choice but to accept me
Don't you have another blood test this Christmas? Poor hunny *hug* Hey, it worked for me. I submitted so frequently that in the end they said yes just to shut me up
Well, i switch up from hyper to hypo...I think I'm hyper now...I had my thyroid removed in 2005 due to cancer and Graves Disease so it's been a very hard journey for sure. It makes you get over being scared of needles haha
I got to spend three blissful hours this afternoon writing and getting paid to do it!... (your probably wondering why I'm posting this here then....) I just got home to find out that my memory stick ATE ... ATE ... my 2.5 thousand word rewrite that I was going to post *sniffles*
Stayed home sick today. Been feeling like absolute crap this whole week. Hopefully this day off will make me feel better. Thank God tomorrow's Friday.
That's totally crazy. So it must be like a battle to keep your levels balanced. Hope it works out for you. As for the needles thing, I take it in my stride now, but I still hate it. I never minded until I got some trainee one day, who collapsed a few veins and made my arm black and blue, let alone punctured like heck. ¬_¬
^I know what you mean. I recently caught the ol' flu bug, and although it lasted only a week, it still was miserable. Especially with work. My condolences to you, Simplistic. *slides a large bowl of chicken soup over* Get better soon.
Thanks, haha. It's been like a rollercoaster for me, like the first few days were bad and gradually getting worse, but then others days it would be better, but then go back up to feeling terrible later in the week. Going fishing tomorrow, hope I feel better by then.
I stayed up working on my paper and finally got it finished. It ended up not being due today, and that's really frustrating to me.
^ That's annoying when it happens. It's kinda a bittersweet feeling - glad it's finished, but then annoyed that it turned out you had longer to do it. Bah, I want to go to this gathering thingy tonight celebrating the end of NaNoWriMo in my region but I've got this darn essay to do and I know I really need to finish it tonight because I can't do it tomorrow so I guess I can't go.
That's actually a good thing. Now you can silently laugh at those who choose to write the paper at the last minute. EDIT: Oh no...someone's gonna talk about animal cruelty in ther persuasive speech (I'm in Communications class) and even has a video of it. Great way to begin a Friday.
I feel bad for ya, unfortunately I get a little too up close and personal with that topic in having to deal with bad pet owners on a daily basis. At least the Friday is over???
I managed to injure myself cooking rice. I cut my left pointer finger, and being left-handed this has led to a less than amusing day. Typing is much harder at the moment, so I can't even write
Speaking of injuries, I managed to get injured during a snowball fight. Right knee, hamstring, bicep, and back have all gone, and there's a suspicious tweak in my side as well. Bah.
