Man, things are starting to get intense. I'm really trying to prevent Fox from killing someone, but with the beast around, it isn't going to take much for her to pull the trigger.
Ok, I edited it so that she sees the dancers. I musted have missed that part in Charisma's post when I read it the first time.
I didn't see either one coming. For anyone checking in who may have missed it, Pasha and Viva are dead...and quite dramatically, too. Since only Shadow and I remain playing at the moment I'm going to keep us here, trapped in the cave until some more players arrive. Hopefully in the next few hours. And, no, I have no idea if it is Allen or Derek comforting Reva. Either toss a coin or whoever gets here first can say they did.
Ok, i'm back, and I can take control of Ray if you want. (I'll probably knock her out for her own safty anyways )
Poor Fox is having a complete breakdown at this point. All of the emotions that she's been trying to bury during her life have risen to the surface, and she can't handle them.
That's too bad, SD, because I'm not sure how many other characters are in any condition to try to psychoanalyze her at the moment. BTW, Chad and Fox are coming to a wrong assumption. The reason that any dirty spots on the beast haven't been visible are mostly because it's been moving and confusing to look at when anyone has seen it. (Running and screaming rather than studying something doesn't give rise to really noticing things. ) Also, the shots to the face didn't bleed much because the creature's head isn't as vascular as a human's (we tend to bleed a lot from head wounds) it didn't have time to bleed much before we ran in and also because the skin sort of sealed temporarily over the bullets (which will eventually come out as splinters or lodge there permenantly). The reason we can't see the beast is because the color is not one we can see...therefore the blood thing will work. Thing is...how to get them back on the right track...
"Well this probably won't work but lets try it anyways." LOL something along that trak maybe? A color we can't see? But if you can't see a color you can still see the object. People who can't see red or blue still see something where it should be red or blue. (LOL it'll work fine i'm just being over analitical at the moment)
Well now you tell us. After Chad just had to go and cause her to lose the last little bit of strength and hope that she had.
Okay...I've explained this every time the beast has come up but I'll try again. Yes, it is a color that the human eye cannot see. That is why Reva saw arcs of what appeared to be nothingness that made her eyes water. It kinda hurts to look at what isn't there. So it is 'invisible' but that doesn't mean that it is impossible to find if you know how to look. Just go with it, will ya? As for players...I know CDRW is at a family reunion (if they're anything like mine he wouldn't be home till late) and Rumo might be back tomorrow (?). No idea what happened to Tsukuru and Chick may or may not post. Where is Zorell?
I think Fox just really angered Ray. I mean she didn't like Fox to begin with and now agreeing with Chad that he should be bait. Hmmm, i wonder how this is going to turn out. (No i don't I know )
The main plot is ending tonight I guess, but we will probably still have till morning to write the character specific endings.
We're working on the ending now...I'm not sure if the ending will END tonight or tomorrow. Right now I think I'll take a shower while the argument rages. After the killing of the beast I intend to leave the RP open for characters to continue to epilogue...just play for a little while longer and resolve their character arcs to some degree. So, CD, was Allen comforting Reva, then? You did make it back first...
