Hey if I'm going to be playing as Frank, he needs some background, and some goddamn sympathy to boot. Evil is all a matter of perspective, and from your perspective, sure, he looks like an evil scum sucking bastard, but from a perspective where you see him as he was, what he's seen, then maybe he becomes something more.
