Ben had to die, to demonstrate the creature and it's honest, real danger. Such an old character that's been in the game so long, his death got the point across didn't it?
Ben was the right character to kill. It was something that a good writer would do but is very difficult for a role play gamer to do.
LOL Smith got a differn't message. He had killed Ben. Such is the hazard of charicters who try to do good constantly.
In every RP I ever play, I'm always ready to kill my characters, ALWAYS. Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't, but what really marks you as a writer and as a person is your ability to accept loss, and to roll with the punches, to leave your ego behind and look at things with a brutal rational perspective that has unbiased and unopposed say over whether your character has the skill to dodge that attack, whether he can take much more abuse before passing out, and whether or not that situation would kill him.
Ok Chrys, and Fox i'm waiting for Derek to come out side because we're posting to fast, he's going to of course, he's a lot like Smith. (Funny how he really dislikes Smith)
Damn we switched roles their for a moment. Derek tried to be nice and Smith was being uncoroperative. Sorry, he's in a mood, hope Derek doesn't stab him in the a$$ or something. Though it'd be funny to discribe the pain he'd feel.

HAHAHa You just ruined a good moment with Fox. LOL Smith was this close to bonding with her, even if she's a bit snoobish (Understatment). Derek, I'm trying to figure Smith's reaction, it might not be good. I don't know yet trying to think in charicter. (Will take a moment. ) P.S. I'll wait Chrys.
Tsu, could you edit your post a little. Fox was tightly hugging him, so you couldn't have just turned him around so easily.
I'll just say he fought his temper until they stopped hugging and then he'll toss Chad against the wall.
Hmm the only issue is that it would allow my char to react to the hug before you throw me around. Which means i need a post inbetween you two. (Which means i still get bonding time with Fox)
You know what...it's not really worth it to do all the figuring and editing in an instance like this...just play through, making the assumptions needed to move on.
Alright I have a solution. You put a note at the top of your post saying (NOTE: this goes between Fox and Tsu's previous posts.) Then react to the hug and get torn away by Derek. Everybody's happy.
