I've bought a unit and will be moving in once I've finished painting. I've only just managed to get the phone working and I have no idea how long it will be before I can return to the world of internet so, at this moment of time, I will say ciao for now.
Hello there. Hello, people of WtitingForums! I've done this a few times already, but I'm back, for now anyway. I joined a while ago, and posted for a good month... Before my net got cut off. It's happened maybe 3 times since then, haha, but hopefully this time I can stay for maybe a month and a half?
not new.. but I last posted in September 2006. I'm no longer studying, I'm a graduate in Imaginative Writing and now work for a literary charity that sends writers into schools and community centres to increase the profile of poetry and stories, mostly with children but we do work with everyone and anyone. Anyway, I'm primarily a poet myself, I can be harsh in my critiques, so I apologise if I ruffle feathers but I do it with the best of intentions. To the poetry board!
I shall be going away for a time while I'm in the process of moving from Huddersfield to Newcastle. I ought not be too long, but with my course getting underway on Friday, it may turn out to be a longer break from the site than anticipated.
I've moved in, and my anticipated absense from the forum won't take place just yet. Hopefully I'll still be able to participate, but uni is about to kick-off againt with a gruelling schedule, so my previously intermittent appearances are likely to be few and far between in future. Hey guys, I've decided to stay away from WF for a while, I'm gonna need all my time for studying. I don't know for how long this will be, I have a paper that says exams are from October 12th till November 18th, but I haven't got the exact dates yet for my exams. I might pass by sometimes, but you're not going to see me a lot anymore. Even though it's not that long, I'm gonna miss all you guys! So I can't wait till it's end of November!
Exact same goes for me, Lydia. Well, not the exam dates , but the Fall quarter starts tomorrow, and I need to get back into the swing of academia and other RL stuff. I'll try to pop in every now and then.
Aww. We'll miss you both, but good for putting your studies first. It's amazing how much time it takes, huh?
Hello Peeps...I just want to say that due to the heavy load facing me this week and next, I most likely will not be around here as often as you are used to seeing me. With the passing of a loved one and my up coming move...I will be away more than I am here. I will return in a week or so...but just hit or miss for now. Take care and I'll see you soon.
I'm leaving for Birmingham in the morning, and probably won't be posting regularly til the 19th. and even then I'll be scrambling to get prepared for my preaching on the 21st. and then my dad'll be home.
