This is where we shall discuss Struggle Across the Tyrannical Dawn. This is where Q and A come together. This is also where I will be posting the characters already so that I know who is who.
The Schedule Civilians and Pyscho Have to Obey By: In the Psycho Soldiers you have Ground Walkers which are the soldiers who march through town looking for rats(people breaking the rules, a thief for example) on the street, you have the City Walkers which are the soldiers who barge into people's houses and either drag the people out or execute them in their house, and there is the Shadow Walkers spies pretending to be civilians.(If you are a Shadow Walker I don't want to anyone to know except yourself and to PM me or more likely Charisma because she is the leader for the bad guys.....just put on your profile Civilian....I don't want any information knowing you are a spy.) Then of course the civilians have rules to follow. When the Ground Walkers are outside you are not allowed outside. This happens at 7:00 in the morning to 8:00 in the morning and it happens 7:00 in the evening to 8:00 in the evening. Once the Ground walkers leave you may leave your house only if you are shopping for your family, going to school, or going to work. All civilians lights are out at 10:00 in the evening and shall be turned on at 7:00.

I feel like making something clear, but I don't feel like jamming it in any other information because it will confuse people. My character has not created the rebellion yet. It just happens that he is the leader and that he created the rebellion. So your characters don't talk about the rebellion meetings or anything. (Sorry I just have to make sure this is clear. I don't know if anyone understood that.)
I plan to start this RPG this Wednesday of this week. I was giving those who haven't signed up a chance. They have Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday to still sign up.
Well it's just that I don't think there will be any more people that will sign up. Then it wouldn't be fair to the other people who have signed in and then they have to wait some more. Even though they want to start it, but I can't. Sorry, I'm ranting...I really don't know. I want to get this RPG done by November so maybe end it either in September 30th or October 2nd. So yeah....I have to talk to my second in command.
How about you start and then have it so Gladiatus's character comes in later as in when he retuns I'm sure you can make that kind of compromise.
If I can get Charisma to agree I believe the guy on the left can be Diablo Light. Also the guy on the right he is wearing the outfits the physco soldiers are going to wear. I mean they don't have to, but I just think they are cool suits. Thank you. I rarely show my digital hands. But Raven made me want to create billboards.
