you spell a word as you go along and describe it with the words that start with it. Ex If i said H- Helps others Some one else could say O- operating room Someone else... S-surgury Someone else.. P-patient Someone else... I- intensive care and so on and so forth until they spell a word, the word doesnt have to be specified at the beginning, just made up as we go along.
