Well I'm pretty sure having some of my ear chopped off would definitely be glare-worth. Cause I am pretty sure a proud alien like Nyr would be a little upset that her hear is missin' a bit.
I assumed it just clipped her, like a paper cut or a glancing blow, not chopped part of it off. Considering all the other cuts and scrapes Nyr has, what's one more cut on her ear? That's the version I'm going with. The alternative would be problematic. Also, why keep prodding her? Despite what Sapphire thinks, Nyr isn't going to just lunge at her and start attacking. She has pretty much lost all respect for Sapphire and doesn't feel she's worth the effort. Some verbal jabs is the most you'll get, and sometimes she can't be bothered to do even that. Unless it's self defense, a physical confrontation just not going to happen.
Sorry, yeah, you are right. BTW, just to explain what has happened. The death of a friend is a character defining moment for Goku, so much that he completely took over Ripoff's mind. Ripoff managed to gain control, but in doing so he timed out completely. This is the aftershock. He won't be help to anyone until he gets some mental support, I was thinking something psychic will be better, like Sapphire or Maestro.

I'm so excited! But how is it that any time I start watching Modern Family I get like 50 Kabillion notices being like: A new reply to Un-Retired Superheros! As I drop everything to see the new post, its really hard lol! One thing I won't miss is having to stop watching the show for it!
I know I said I was ready but I must warn you, I may be gone for 5+ hours (not been getting a lot of sleep lately) I will be asleep so anything requiring me may be delayed. I just wish I didn't have to go to sleep!

Nah, I edited that line back in once I saw obi-sem's post, LOL. Wow, you guys are fast; I edited the post about a minute after posting. I didn't think anyone had even read it yet. I wanted to word that last bit differently, but once it was immortalized in the discussion thread, I put it back to its original form... or at least as close as I could remember. Also, now you know why Nyr will never be a hero, haha. Why save lives when you can take heads... and arms and legs and any other dangly bits. She ain't no role model for kids, unless your kid is aspiring to be a butcher.
