I've scoured my profile over and over again, and I still can't find this either well-hidden or obviously placed option. This, along with the quotes that appear at the bottom of every post. Where are they hiding?
I assume that the picture you want to upload is your avatar. which appears to the left of every post. And the quotes or other text that appear below each post, you mean a signature. Both can be set from the User Control Panel (UserCP). There is a link on the second menu strip from the top of each page. However, you should read the site rules beforehand, particularly before you set a signature.
