If you were on a game show and got to choose 1 of 3 doors that revealed a prize (2 doors hid a useless prize and 1 door hid a fantastic prize), and you choose a door, and before the selected door was opened the game show host opened one of the other doors that revealed a useless prize and allowed you to pick again if you wanted, you should always pick the other unopened door.

    Not useless: Bayesian inference.

Or I could be reincarnated as an alien and abduct that crazy dude in your avatar. He wants to meet aliens so bad? Well, perhaps I can contact my mothership and whisk him away to the stars.

So does "Jackdaws love my big sphinx of quartz." And it does so in fewer total letters. :p

I was just thinking of people so empty-headed that, even if they're in the room, the room is still empty. Sorry - maybe I should have made that clearer. :D

And ammonites were devil's horns! Plus Pterosaurus, Plesiosaurs and Dinosaurs were all dragons and demons too! The only thing is some people still believe Gigantopithicus is Bigfoot. People don't understand minimum population sustainability.

If Bill Gates died and left his fortune to everyone in the U.S., everyone would roughly gain $240.

The maximum distance a 7.62 round fired from an M240B will travel with maximum arch, favorable wind, and moderate temperature is 4,200 meters. That's not counting any spallation or ricochets.

STAT can be an acronym for "sooner than already there."

It's derived from the latin statim, but I like the acronym better.

Terra? Isn't that kind of the name of our planet? We just called it Earth instead?
