Don't worry, after about decade killing tiny pieces of your soul for more and prettier toys, you'll start enjoying it.

Jon! :D Good ta see ya!! =D

It's raining like hell down here. How badly? Let me put it this way, in some areas of my campus, the water was up to my ankles. It's 9:07 am now and it's very, very dark outside.

However, I did get to pretend I was a Union soldier marching through the rain. :p Somehow that managed to stop me from being afraid of the lightening that kept flashing every twenty-thirty seconds.

Check on comedy central's website, sometimes it's easier for me to find clips from the Daily Show there.

    JON!!!!!!!

Dude...that's the cutest thing ever, it made me smile.

Send the rain here! I've got the next two days off, some rain would be nice.

Dang! *Grumbles - Why didn't we just use our own calenders?* :(

    :p

You missed a question: "Why do folks who suddenly decide to give away all their stuff always live on the other side of the country?"

...eventually. I just finished the last of my Y2K beans this spring.

    Cake's good...or pie.

I must click like a million times trying to cut the ads from broadcast streams, I'm an ad miner....:(

I'm not even doing the real stuff yet, just dummy/already done footage, but my cuts are so bad.

Oh and how's the knee? Better I hope.. I remember when I got some weird injury in my knee when I worked at tsa, man I couldn't walk right for a few days...:(

And now I know who the culprit is. It was you! You made my freshly washed towels smell like garlic!

You just signed in here and posted that to give yourself an alibi.

I'm serious, they smell like garlic.

    What does garlic smell like?

I was apparently born without the ability to smell, or if I can, I smell very little.

Aw, you're still learning, though! Your cuts will get better. And I'm sure you'll move up to bigger and better things. ;)

The knee is feeling better. I haven't skated on it since I hurt it, but I don't think it'll give me any problems the next time I do... *fingers crossed*

It was me. :/ I'm sorry.

Consider yourself lucky! Joel makes red beans and rice all the time, and the apartment always reeks for like three days afterward because of all the garlic he uses.

Really Link? That's interesting... Are you a picky eater at all by chance? I've heard smell and taste senses tend to go hand in hand...

After years of working with animals, I'm pretty immune to smells. I taste foods fine though I'm not a picky eater anymore either.

Thanks! 1 to 5: check! 6: mmmm, if it's sunny!

Hehe, are you having class right now and you just asked him ?? That would be awesome.. We're already going to the natural history museum and Saatchi so I don't know we would be up for another museum, because we're only going to be in London for two days, but will see..

Oh yes and I wonder if it's worth going to Abbey Road. I wanna take a beatle-picture. :) But if it's pretty far away and the neighbourhood isn't nice, it's not really worth going there...

haha, no, he told us about that a few classes ago. Thought it was interesting to pass on to you. British history is awesome! =) Though we're now mingling about with King John and the Magna Carta.

The British Museum's always worth a look.

Same with Forbidden Planet, if you're that way inclined :)
