I like chocolate fudge and a few weeks ago I found an awesome way to make it with no cooking involved (1 bag of chocolate chips, 1/2 bag of white choco chips, 1 can of sweet and condensed milk, pour all into microwave-safe large bowl, zap for 3 minutes, take out, stir up a bit, boom you are done).

I also like lasagne. I made it last night in my crockpot/slow-cooker. Very simple and easy that way.

I recently made a breakfast cake.

With ginger and pumpkin spice and almonds inside the "bread" part. And on top was a brown sugar, oat and almond crumble, that caramelized on top.

    It was delicious.

    Hello everyone.

    Sopapillas are great!

I have a tortilla press, so I think I'll make the corn tortillas for the carnitas. Some pork, tomatillos, cilantro and other spices go in the slow cooker for a few hours and voila...

I could go for a strudel. But they don't have any gluten free, dairy and egg free strudels around.

Well that's what I want. The unhealthy, toaster strudel.

    But I can't.

Those all sound really good. I think what I'm going to do tonight though is heat up some leftovers, or get a pizza, and then just focus on upping my word count. I really want to get past 14,000 words.

Try being allergic to almost every staple of everyone's life.

    Breakfast-

    Eggs [i'm allergic to eggs]

    Dairy [i'm allergic to milk]

Orange Juice, the supplement of all gods. This is the juice you drink for breakfast. [also allergic to citrus, can't have lemons or anything either]

    Lunch-

What do we eat for lunch. Sandwiches [not sure if that's accurate]

I'm allergic to a protein enzyme in meat. So can't have meat either. So technically this can go in the breakfast area too.

My life is governed by a veggie overlords and tofu.

Its not all that bad. I was able to make some very comical stand up comedian jokes at one of our comedian clubs once because of it.

    Pretty funny stuff.
