You know, I think I'll probably not use perfume on a letter to David Lytton-Cobbold, 2nd Baron Cobbold...
Awww, why not? He would probably love it. I find it endlessly amusing that when I have homework due, I procrastinate by packing, then after I've finished my homework, I use next week's homework to procrastinate packing.
Yes, I do. I'm currently working level 2 global software support, so nearly every call requires me to do deep analysis of the problem. The group I'm in is a bit of a catch-all group, so I am constantly learning new things in order to solve problems. Very little of it is routine. It is not boring.
To procrastinate my procrastination, hmmm...I guess I just sit there? Maybe think about the work that at some point I'm going to put off doing.
That's good! I can't focus if I'm bored. So then not much gets done if I'm that uninterested in the topic or task. I imagine most people are the same.
I can't focus when I'm bored either. Like during the more boring classes of school. I find my head drooping and start falling asleep.
Actually im the total opposite when im bored.. oddly enough.... Sometimes i began to be focused, then something distracts me and then i can't focus. I hate it when it happens.
I find myself falling asleep in zoology class. It's kinda slow, it's the last class of the day and it's after gym, so yeah, I get tired.
One of the big reasons I dropped out of school was that it was tough for me to focus - equal parts comprehension issues and general social awkwardness. Lessons would go totally over my head, and I'd get too nervous to ask for help, and end up just sitting around daydreaming all class period. Definitely gonna work on that this time around.
I always start baking when I procrastinate, lol. Today I made a Madera cake! Usually I just bake whatever I can out of random stuff from the cupboard...Anything to pass the time...It doesn't need to be edible.
I revert to my archaic procrastination methods of Civilization games and Total War games. Sometimes I'll build MTG decks for the hell of it.
Mostly I just flounce around on the internet. I wouldn't call reading procrastination (which is lucky, as I do rather a lot of that).
Reading's definitely not procrastination. It's entertaining, eduacational and furthers your own writing abilities.
