I should be writing stuff for Terra, but im gonna be lazy and not do it. Oh well, atleast i make some type of progress. I wrote 10 pages for a crossover story that was only supposed to be 2-3 pages long. oops.

^ Best of luck with them Flamingo!

Why is the board oddly slow and yet very dead? Did I miss something while I was gone?

I've been writing more off and on. I feel like my book is finally getting some direction. Currently I'm writing side stuff that I may or may not use to help me get to know the characters better. That's how I learn about them is by writing about them. :p

I left here in the days when this thread was dying, but I never thought it would get to a point that literal days would be between posts at times. What happened?

I guess a good number of the oldies got buried in life? It's what took me out for a while. I mean, I'm still super busy, but I figured I should swing by. Lets gt this place back on track; I'll bring the Gin, you bring the Tequila.

Sounds like a plan. And I'll keep a flask for the black rum shots on the side. Somebody needs to bring out all the old crew though. I came back because I missed a lot of these people.

Me too. Where are Heather, and Jon, and all the other kids with too much damn time on their hands. It looks like the site traffic has dropped almost 50% since 3 months ago!

Aww man, I'm actually desperate for Christmas vacation to be farther away! I'm in need of some grade boosting quizzes or something.

Oh man editing is a hassle and a half, but it seems to be paying off, I've cut like 10K from what I began with...so many run on sentences, haha.

    How is everyone tonight?

Pallas, I'm keeping busy editing my resume and cover letter for a (hopefully) new job. I have that whole baby thing to worry about now, so it's time to get serious about making more that $15,000/year. I have a degree after all.

Xeno and Evil, hang in there. Grades are what they are. Just keep singing "D for degree" and you'll get through it. :)

Watching youtube videos of scariest Disney moments. Am I the only one who thought...

#1- Ursula's transformation into a giant sea monster was awesome, especially how she went out in the end?

#2- The Queen from Snow White turning into the Witch epically cool?

#3- That scene where the little green ball of light is luring Sleeping Beauty to her destination was cool in a suspenseful way?

The rest range from "Oh wow, the villain is gonna show me what a big tough guy he is..." to "Yup, you [the heroes] are so screwed right now."

I mean, am I just not easily frightened?

EDIT: Okay, don't get me wrong, the whole "pink elephant parade" in Dumbo made me wonder what drugs the directors were using, the whole Pleasure Island thing in Pinnochio made me wonder "Um...OK?"

EDIT II: I take back the floating green ball thing. THAT'S a creepy scene. The princess looks like a possessed person, just mindlessly walking forward....She's completely out of it.

You don't really expect the scariest Disney moments to be genuinely terrifying do you? I mean, they're great movies, but they're not meant to scare adults...look up the scariest moments in the guinea pig series or something :p

They didn't even scare me when I was a KID! Oh, I watched them all and not once did I have nightmares over it.

The Search for Christopher Robin was a pretty heavy kids' movie, as I remember. I still love it.
