What 2 Jane Austen book characters you admire or even dislike, do you (seriously or humorously) most relate to and please say why for each one mentioned.
Um the only one I remember the most is Isabella from Northanger Abbey, she was great, i know so many people like her - unfortunately She was great at manipulating people, and coming across as doing things for their benefit. But I'm not a fan of Jane Austen, i find it very tedious, although i did learn the word 'impropriety' from her, as thats all i remember the characters saying about the slightest thing.
I most relate to Elizabeth Bennet. When I first read Pride and Prejudice she was the character that I liked straight away. The other character I like is Anne Elliot from Persuasion. Of all the men in Jane Austen's novels I'm a sucker for Mr Darcy.
I love Lizzie Bennett (she's just so cool!), but probably my favorite guy character is Henry Tilney from Northanger Abbey. For outrageous people, I like Miss Bates (from Emma), Mrs. Bennett, and Caroline Bingley. I'm still yet to read Persuasion, though.
I'm the same as Tori. I relate most to Elizabeth Bennet and Anne Elliot. In different ways of course. And Mr. Darcy is my fav gentleman.
