Hope you`r sisters is fun and piggybacking off of being excited about Saint Patrick's day food there is an Irish pub down the street from me that does an Irish breakfast on Saint Patrick's day. Looking super forward to it, the pub is across from my church so I can eat my meal and go right from there.

Stew is your friend. We cut down the mound of cans here via stew quite recently.

Vitamins and supplements get ridicules price wise honestly. Jams and growing you`r own stuff or buying as close to the whole product as you can is good but can be hard to find depending what you need. Shame it can`t be more accessible but then no corporations would make their millions. Hope you`r able to find something somewhere.

Got that meth cooking up babe, we'll be selling in no time :supercool:

Jokes aside, I ordered some Chinese food. Roast pork with garlic sauce and white rice for me, Ylfa wanted chicken dumpling soup. It tasted okay, but the pork had too much fat.

Dessert is cheesecake, which, I was not aloud to touch until showering was done but pft, I'm eating it now.

I also had Chinese, well for lunch then reheated the doggy bag for dinner. Chicken and cashews with wonton soup and white rice. Trying to eat as much on the better side as is possbile still ate a good bit of candy and soda today but one thing at a time.

Totally didn`t forget to add that in the first post.....totally not the whole reason I came to the thread.

    Crumpets, two. Just 'ad'm.

I had a big bowl of brown rice and tuna salad earlier for lunch. Plus granola for brekky. And a litre of orange juice throughout the day.

a litre is way too much, OJ does contain a lot of sugar - better to eat oranges when you get a lot of fibre too - but before you start avoiding it completely, apparently there is a strong link to prevention of dementia !

On topic... have just cooked a Thai green curry with chicken, carrot, aubergine, red onion, and mange-tout. Not well enough to eat tonight (toast...) but will take it to work tomorrow (c:

Didn`t cook at all today really. Skipped breakfast...yes yes shame on me....reheated Chinese food for lunch, and worked the art center tonight so a shrimp po'boy for dinner and a chicken wrap to take home...which I ate after getting in the door as second dinner. Gonna be having Rubens tomorrow for Saint Patricks at the center should be great, been meaning to try some Scottish style oatmeal but...feels wrong around Saint Patrick's day. Even if the two are connected historically.

I made potato leek stew. Nummy. With herby dumplings. Later he's going to make apple crumble. My life is complete.

Does taking girl scout cookies out of the box count as cooking? No?...ohhh. May make a salami sandwich for lunch but that`ll probably be all the cooking today.

I remember "binders full of women," but that was in reference to cabinet positions. If you're keeping Girl Scouts in a box as food, you really need a long chat with the FBI or your local equivalent.
