Making me feel about my breakfast of stuffing my face with cold salami. Looks really good seriously, king Hammers a king of the kitchen.
Intimate feast tonight to celebrate the latest good news! Gonna make a pot of red rice, beans in a sauce with potatoes, plantains and mixed vegetables (Need health in every meal), and some baked chicken legs. Ylfa is gonna buy cheesecake again. Cheesecake is my weakness.
250g Minced Beef a.k.a Ground Beef that I added 1 egg to, mozzarella cheese; I've done this before for my Mozzarella Burgers I made - This time however, I decided to go one more, so I added tomato purée; hoping the tried and tested combination of beef, cheese and tomato doesn't let me down. They're cooking in an oven as I type. I'm serving those with curley fries, also oven cooked.
Family Reunion in the Garden (spinach salad with roast chicken, hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, red bell peppers, and carrots).
