Soup. Milk, salmon, potatoes, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, corn, salt, curry powder, butter... Salmon was seasoned with lime. So... It's a bit balancing with milk so that milk does not go sour. Stewed pork chops with potatoes, peppers and onions sided with white rice. Simple dinner, but oh so tasty.

Who me? Tonight I will bake whiting after covering it with bread-crumbs, and garnishing it with olives, red peppers, dash of onion and salt.
Salmon in tinfoil, baked in the oven over crushed tofu, red and green peppers, yellow squash, shredded carrots. Salmon spiced with butter, lime pepper, lemon pepper, Cajun seasoning. Served with a side of rice.

Doing sausage and peppers. The only problem is we can’t get decent french bread around here, so I have to use wimpy brat buns.
