Stewed pork chops with potatoes, peppers and onions sided with white rice. Simple dinner, but oh so tasty.
I am thinking about doing a chicken soup of some kind. I need to get some shopping shortly - so I'll decide what kind soon enough.
I just take leftover chicken meat, onions, carrots, potatoes, stock, some celery. Put it all in a pot over heat until it's soup.
Who me? Tonight I will bake whiting after covering it with bread-crumbs, and garnishing it with olives, red peppers, dash of onion and salt.
Salmon in tinfoil, baked in the oven over crushed tofu, red and green peppers, yellow squash, shredded carrots. Salmon spiced with butter, lime pepper, lemon pepper, Cajun seasoning. Served with a side of rice.
Not sure. All I know is, I'm not cooking. I had some fantastic carnitas tacos for lunch, but I didn't make those, either.
Doing sausage and peppers. The only problem is we can’t get decent french bread around here, so I have to use wimpy brat buns.

I love Bamba, but it's almost impossible to find in Canada. I only know of one or two kosher supermarkets in Toronto that carry it. I'm having a hamburger followed by maybe a bowl of home made vanilla ice cream.
I've never heard of it before. Kosher? Is it particularly a Jewish/Israeli product? It never occurred to me, but I guess people with non-nutritional dietary restrictions still want junk food that fits those rules. Another little corner of my mind has just been pried open
