I had one of those and ate so much dessert on a daily basis as a kid because of it. I'd have one now if I could get my hands on one.
This is as close as you're going to get on that end I think. Though they do sell a variety of premixed drinks like Mudslides and Bloody Mary's.
Gin, how dare you....How...dare...you. Of course the whole Budweiser mixed drink fiasco is also a huge turn off.
Ummm, gin and tonic, rum and Coke, Jack and Coke, Jack and Ginger... Nothing against them, but is a two ingredient cocktail really a cocktail? ETA: I tended bar at a total dive twenty-odd years ago, and the head bartender showed me how to pour (three seconds was the house rule, slow count for good customers, fast count for anybody being a dick about things) rum and Coke et al, then told me "If they ask for anything more complicated, ask 'em what's in it, and charge them for the most expensive ingredient. If they don't know what's in it, to hell with 'em, this ain't that kinda bar. Fucking college kids...."
Ya know, I am not sure. Best leave that to the individual to decide. But I kinda follow ya, cause adding chocolate sauce to milk could be considered a cocktail if that were the case, along with cows producing milk filled with spirits.
And back to the OP... got some spare ribs (which are sold in this benighted country already cut up) in the slow cooker along with some DIY BBQ sauce. We'll see.
Anything over one ingredient isn't worth drinking, unless that ingredient is absinthe. In which case, it REALLY isn't worth drinking, Hemingway or not.
A Burt Reynolds has only two ingredients, but it's also technically a shooter. Whether a shooter is considered a cocktail, I dunno.
It depends how I feel. I may just have ricecakes or - if I'm feeling up to it - cheese and pesto pizza, which is a true delicacy imo
I just missed this. You need to try a Bailey's Irish Cream Chocolate Shake. I don't drink much anymore, but I will drink the hell out of those. If you do it right, it tastes good and still gives you a decent buzz.
I do like Baileys and similar. Never had it with chocolate though. ETA: They did used to make a drink called a Mudshake though, which was a vodka milkshake, and I liked those.
