It's a thing where it happens every day, and the fasting part wasn't being mentioned at first, so I got in the habit of just taking snacks then I felt hungry before the fasting part was mentioned to me. After it was mentioned we discovered that my blood sugar was higher when I was fasting. I ended up just not eating after 3 am and expecting a test at 6 am, those parameters give the best results.

Saw my Doctor on Tuesday and she wanted me to have my blood tested to see if I have pre-diabetic reading or something. She wanted me to be tested due to my psych medicine not due to my sweet tooth and I am overweight. I need to cut back on my sweet intake but sweets are my temptation. Or at least one of them. I try to use stevia in my coffee instead of sugar. Reminds me I need to see how much stevia I have left and then Saturday or Sunday when I go to my local grocery store with a feline name and either get cereal or stevia. Tough choice.

Right now I am wishing this will be a short summer rain and it will be done by time my taxi arrives. Or I will be wet.:meh:

    Bed ridden for 3 days.
True that I slightly tweaked my lower back, but I suspect the Steggles drumsticks from the takaway shop in Lonnie were more of a problem.

Steggles would have to be the most mutated chicken out there. They advertise having the least amount of fat, but the reality is they have the most; and it's creepy - visually, texture and taste. It's not your normal fat, and the strange taste permeates all the meat. You don't notice it till it's too late; I only ate 50% once I tasted the creepiness. Forgot how nasty it is, now fully reminded and will ask shops before purchasing from now on.

Whatever growth hormones and other drugs they pump into their chickens, Steggles Au is simply the worst, I've had aching joints for three days while my tweaked back had vasly improved within 24hrs.

    - Doing TV installs today. (do the 43" (living room) , then see if I'm okay to the 32, as The Contessa wants her heavy wooden bedroom door removed, and then I have to build some clothes hook brackets to mount to the walls.
    - Picking up stuff from the post office ( should be 'Idiots guide' book to grammer\punctuation.)
    - Groceries and a coffee.
    - Been raining with decent wind since Monday.

Best part about summer! The grass is supposed to be yellow, and the forests are supposed to be burning, then you know it's time for bathing.

    Regards from Northern Europe.

Thinking about picking up Indian style dancing. I find many pros in doing so.

Sitting here slightly buzzed staring off into space. Probably going to bed soon, had a very productive day at work but focusing on anything else after has been a struggle today. Off tomorrow so can get things around then. Been meaning to for weeks, but kinda hit a depressive dip there. Watching my life stagnant and that of those close to me fall apart...yeah. Had a very close call with a friend of mine last night....got me really thinking about things.

For now, today's goals of getting through the day, get paid, and drink beer are done so I`m off to bed...if the cat lets me.

Also happy back to school season to all students and parents. Bought two backpacks for some neighbor kids because they needed them....backpacks were far more expensive then I realized.

Man I haven't seen Psychostisk in a long time. My buddies and I always used to play the I Like Beer song before we went out on a bender.
